Cyberport has, for
the first time, sponsored one of the city's most worthwhile and meaningful
events for the development of students in information technology (I.T.). The
Youth I.T. Summer Camp 2009 jointly organized by the Hong Kong Federation of
Education Workers, The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Department of
Electronic Engineering, and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's
Department of Computer Science and Engineering, aims to provide students with
the opportunity to participate in university campus life and stimulate their
interest in a variety of innovative projects. |

Media Centre (DMC) shared its expertise in digital multimedia with university
graduates participating in the Video CV Campaign 2009 organized by
Headlinejobs.hk in July. The Campaign is an initiative designed to equip recent
university graduates with the practical skills of video production and career
planning so they leave potential employers with a more vivid impression of
themselves, a huge advantage given the increasingly competitive labour market. |
