CCMF and Cyberport Incubation Programmes are now calling for application!

Good news for all young entrepreneurs!
The Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) and Incubation Programme is calling for application, deadline is at 5:00pm, 23 Dec 2015 (Wednesday). Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) is a seed fund set up to spark innovation and creativity by sponsoring high potential creative and innovative start-up projects or business concepts in ICT-related areas.
A cash grant of HK$100,000 will be awarded to the successful CCMF applicants in a 6-month project period for proof of concepts and for developing prototype products. We have received over 1500 applications and funded over 160 projects. Successful awardees can then apply for the Cyberport Incubation Programme enjoying a more comprehensive financial and resources support to the start-up business at a later stage. So far, 40% of CCMF grantees later admitted into Cyberport Incubation Programme. For Cyberport Incubation Programme, a more comprehensive funding programme to strengthen high-growth local start-ups, up to HK$530,000 financial assistance and assistance in resources will be provided for successful Incubation candidates to strengthen high-growth local start-ups in their 24-month project period. The resources are not limited to the free office spaces at Cyberport, it also covers support in technical facilities; business development; financing & hiring of graduate interns, as well as entrepreneurship and technology training. The most significant is to enable a matching platform for start-ups to meet with angel investors and venture capitalists. The Programmes has received over 1000 applications and admitted 270 incubatees, of which over 70% still remains in operation after the project period. There are so many win/ successful cases such as Go-Go-Van, Sensbeat, etc… and the Cyberport incubatees has acquired over HK$330M funding.
