Background:

The revolutionary development in the field of information technology and communication (ICT) has brought about a fundamental and major shift in the field of education. This new model promotes inquiry and discovery and encourages students to look for additional and more detailed information. Different e-Learning platform provide educators with different pedagogical framework. e-Learning, therefore, represents a continued strong business opportunity for development of technology and learning content.

Riding on the past success of Education 2.0 series, e-Learning Consortium is going to present the tenth conference - Education 2.9 “Next Step in e-Learning Revolution”. Educators, professionals and experts in the sector will be invited to speak at the conference. Education 2.9, therefore, provides a brief but comprehensive review of the challenges and opportunities of e-Learning faced and offered and suggest ways to deal with them.

Medium: The conference will be held mainly in Cantonese, though some speakers may give their presentation in English.
