Positioning: We are the first Asian fashion community online platform which invites the professional and casual design talents (who are based in HK as well as overseas) to cradle their fashion ideas into big dreams of establishing international brands.
Summary of Project: We source the designs for T-shirts and other fashion products from the community of artists, who are also expected to interact with outer users, seeking feedback and promoting designs to spur votes and sales. The voting and design ranking systems and simple and intuitive, asking users to rate designs based a scale of “poor”, “okay” or “good”. Voters who have voted “good” are automatically asked if they would like to purchase a design if it is produced. They will also be encouraged to pre-order the design by being given a certain discount. If a certain design has attracted a certain number of votes (say, 100), we will manufacture, sell and deliver the product based on the design. We will also provide marketing assistance e.g. production of banner or videos to the designers through our in-house marketing team.
If a design is produced and sold, a designer will receive a 5% as commission for each of the products being sold for the life time of such products.
Vision: Designers engage with the community through discussion forums, asking visitors to critique their designs and offer suggestions and advice. We will build up a blog for each of the successful artists to further connect to audiences. Overtime, each of these designers will become a brand (ultimately like Giorgio Armani or Jean Paul Gaultier), and the platform will also become a design community when the designers and the audiences can exchange innovative ideas and constructive advices. This will provide opportunities for the designers and will unlock the potential talents in the society.
