Our proposed mobile application NullPointer, combines motion sensing capabilities and multi touch features of modern smart phones and transform them into next generation multi-purpose input devices. It will provide users the ultimate experience in terms of convenience and customisation.  Our initial objective will be to develop a low latency wireless communication protocol between the smartphone and any personal computer, and in the long run to perfect its responsiveness and allow users to personalise their settings by adding in extra functions. 

The typical everyday consumer often requires the ability to control a computer of their choice from a distance, be it gaming or for educational purposes such as giving a presentation. It will now be possible with a smartphone through the installation of our app. Our solution will come in two forms, while a standard version will be uploaded to the android and iphone app store for the standard PC, we would also collaborate with external corporations to incorporate this technology for more specific purposes. 

For the standard version will be free of charge with non-intrusive advertisements to generate revenue. There will also be in-app purchases for more advance features. We would also collaborate with other businesses to create a more tailored version of the app for more specific usage such as interactive advertisement or interactive museum exhibits.
