1. Ms. Bess Ho 

Founder of Silicon Valley Web Builder (SVWB), 

Engineering Instructor at UCSC Extension



Bess Ho involves both in web and mobile in early days. She has successfully advised a string of mobile startup including Demo God winner LumoBack, Global Startup Battle Winner AfterShip, Y-Combinator Alumni Eligible, GMIC & HKICT Award winner Sensbeat, and KarFarm listed as Top 100 Startup in Germany. She has spoken on major tech conferences at O’Reilly Android Open, Web 20 Expo SF, WHERE 2.0 Conference, Mobile Congress in Asia, Silicon Valley Wireless Conference. She is also on the faculty of mobile engineering at UCSC Extension. She invests as angel and serves as partner of a seed fund.


2. Mr. Terence Chow             


Business and Corporate Development, NetDragon


Terence has extensive experiences in China Internet business. Currently serving as Director of Business and Corporate Development in NetDragon, he is responsible for expanding new business and identifying investment opportunities focusing on e-learning, mobile apps and cloud based enterprise solutions in Hong Kong and oversea market. Prior to his current role, he was Operation Director at 91 Wireless, he led an operation team to develop the app store business in emerging countries and to source apps for China market. Before joining NetDragon, he was Business Development Director of Greater China Region at Universal Music; mainly responsible for digital music services development. He established an online shopping start-up with Milk Magazine in Beijing; after that he joined Ogilvy Beijing to build a local mobile marketing team.
