Cyberport Start-Up Clinic provides different consultation sessions from time to time.The theme of December is on Legal issue and Finance. You could ask the consultants anything including fundraising, partnership and majority of shares, finance, IP preparation, prosecution, enforcement of IP right and etc… on 1-to-1 basis. Each start-ups has about 30-45 minutes meeting with consultants.
