Interval x Farmacy presents farm-to-table dining concept at Arcade@Cyberport

Interval x Farmacy, a brand-new concept café between Interval Coffee and Wine Bar and Cyberport start-up company – Farmacy HK is now open! Cyberport community, neighbourhood and visitors alike can now enjoy a range of succulent live-fire cooking at the Arcade@Cyberport.
The all-day dining establishment at Arcade@Cyberport is fully furnished with a custom-built wood fire pizza oven from Naples and an asador-style grill for divine meats, seafood and vegetables. This establishment also boasts one proposition unique to this location: a Farmacy-to-table concept.
Cyberport community member Farmacy HK has installed one of its hydroponic farms at the restaurant to serve up seasonal microgreens, edible flowers, and vegetables that can be picked and cooked just when they are needed, allowing the café to be self-sufficient with year-round supply of fresh and eco-friendly seasonal greens and herbs.
In addition to ensuring the immaculate freshness, nutrition, and safety of produce, this novel concept can reduce the carbon footprint from the transportation of crops and make for more eco-friendly dining.
Apart from its scrumptious food offerings, Interval x Farmacy also serves a collection of international wines, as well as coffee selections specially curated from Denmark. Its design echoes Interval’s ethos to form communication and community through food, wine, and coffee, exuding its refined energy to its all-day food and beverage offerings.
