CoverGo strengthens presence in Asia and America with new clients and investors

Cyberport InsurTech start-up CoverGo announced a series of recent partnerships and solution adoption to strengthen its presence in Asia and scale business globally to the American regions. CoverGo offers a no-code AI-driven platform for insurance firms to streamline their ecosystem from building products to managing claims. Since January 2021, the company's subscription revenue has risen by over 500% with strong growth momentum.
CoverGo's strong growth and industry leadership is being recognized through new clients around the globe and awards. CoverGo was just awarded "Insurtech Company of the Year in Asia" on 15 November by the prestigious Asia Insurance Review 25th Asia Insurance Industry Awards 2021.
The start-up partnered with Fubon Life Hong Kong to launch a new distribution e-Channel offering scalability, efficiency and seamless digital user experience, with improved onboarding and streamlining policy application process.
It also lined up with MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited to build and launch MediGo, a new end-to-end system, designed to manage all aspects of MSIG’s health insurance business.
MediGo has been built by configuring CoverHealth, the modular health insurance platform created by CoverGo, to fit MSIG Hong Kong’s precise needs and customer environment. MediGo enables MSIG to share key data with all stakeholders; synchronizing business processes and customer service in real-time to improve effectiveness. This new end-to-end system enabled MSIG to dramatically increase their speed to market by building and launching new products and implementing new processes in record time.
XN Worldwide Insurance, a leader specialized in global mobility and specialty risk insurance in the US and Canada, and Insured Nomads, a US-based leader in travel and global health insurance, have both adopted CoverGo’s unique no-code platform that enable these companies to build, test and launch insurance products within days instead of months or years. CoverGo’s solution helps them lower operation costs, increase customer satisfaction and sales.
To accelerate its international expansion, CoverGo has appointed DP88 as its strategic advisor to help secure initial funding for expansion, market insights and relationships with key partners and investors for the upcoming equity fundraising round.
