GetLinks secures new funding, seeks to close digital talent gap in SEA

⋯⋯⋯⋯

Cyberport community company GetLinks is on track to continue growing its digital talent networks in Southeast Asia (SEA) and Greater Bay Area after successfully securing a US$10 million funding round from the public and private sector in Thailand, China, and Hong Kong.

The HR tech firm closed the new deal with major corporations, including 500 Startups, Japanese HR tech giant Mynavi, Hong Kong’s SCMP/CPJobs, Asia’s leading family offices, as well as its long-time shareholders, SCG, Alibaba, and SEEK. This also marks the first time ever that a start-up has been co-invested by three governmental organisations (Hong Kong-Cyberport, China-HengQin, and Thailand-InnoSpace) to support their future work and education mission.

Founded in 2015, GetLinks facilitates AI-enabled matching between jobseekers and recruiters in the digital jobs marketplace. It has grown to be a one-stop employability platform, continuously introducing a suite of HR solutions. Its newer technology portfolio comprises an AI-powered Job Board, AI matching solutions, blockchain-based public Talent Profiles, LINKS Tokens, a Payroll and Marketplace SAAS, as well as an employee benefits marketplace.

“We are committed to investing in more technologies and partnerships to help especially our young talent in SEA to shine and find productive growth opportunities in the global digital space,” said Keenan Kwok, Co-founder and CEO of GetLinks.

Following a 300% growth in 2021, GetLinks further seeks to help over 1,000 companies with digitising their teams and expanding in the region amidst the pandemic restrictions. The company currently has a regional presence in Thailand, Hong Kong Vietnam, and Singapore, and is slated to complete its Series B financing round this year.
