SmartBiz empowers digital transformation in O2O commerce

⋯⋯⋯⋯

Online customers are becoming harder to reach. A declining attention span, coupled with the lack of in-house IT services, have made digital marketing extra challenging especially for SMEs. Recognising these challenges, Cyberport start-up Smart Business Consultancy Limited has developed the O2O (Online-to-Offline) Cardfree CRM System (O2O C3C), a low-cost SaaS solution that seamlessly translates online engagement into sales and customer loyalty.

Powered by AI, O2O C3C offers a user-friendly alternative to the traditional CRM system, requiring only the customer’s eWallet in their mobile phone to be activated. With no app downloads needed, it makes transactions both for the customers and merchants faster and easier. The system also enables marketers to design the whole O2O customer experience with a customisable toolkit of virtual passes, smart memberbase, landing page, and marketplace.

“I believe that digital transformation will continue to drive businesses like us to innovate. While we are young, we have already built a comprehensive and effective corporate governance model on business planning, operations and profitability,” shared SmartBiz Founder Spencer Li.

The company has also looked into expanding its market into the Greater Bay Area, with its new office in Nansha, Guangzhou expected to open in Q2 2002.

“I see the team continuing to develop simple disruptive technologies for the SME segment. This aligns with my personal motto—“Never Give Up”—and our corporate culture which encourages the team to listen, understand, create, and knockout (LUCK),” added Li.

An advocate of accessible digital solutions, the SmartBiz founder has also recently participated in a research named “Financing Orphan Drugs Through a Blockchain-Supported Insurance Model” together with other scholars and medical doctors.  Click HERE to read the full research report.
