OliveX and Marvel Entertainment launch global Marvel Move mobile fitness programme

⋯⋯⋯⋯

Fitness. Gamification. AR. Move-and-Earn. All while immersed in a thrilling yet fun-filled story and completing missions. Staying healthy doesn’t get more enjoyable than this.

Cyberport’s alumnus in digital health and fitness OliveX and its subsidiary Six to Start, the creators of the highly popular smartphone fitness game Zombies, Run!, recently teamed up with Marvel Entertainment to launch Marvel Move. The brand-new digital fitness game combines the start-ups’ decade-long expertise in immersive fitness experiences with the superhero studio’s unrivalled content and well-loved characters to take user experience to new heights.

Users can choose from five storylines and have Marvel characters help them meet fitness goals and go through exhilarating adventures. For example, they can train for 5K runs by running with Thor and Loki in Asgard, collaborate with Wolverine, Storm, Jean Grey, and other X-Men to combat a growing threat to mutant-kind, or escape an unknown realm, guided by Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch.

Users will have complete control over how these journeys unfold. They decide how they walk, jog, or run – whether outdoors, on a treadmill, or in a wheelchair – as well as the time and distance they travel. They can even switch on thrilling chases to intensify their workouts and enrol in expert-designed 5km, 10km, half-marathon, and marathon training programmes.

OliveX is an Australian company with offices at Cyberport and in London. It plans to leverage its Hong Kong presence and Cyberport’s networks to capitalise on the region’s brisk demand for Web3 experiences and further solidify its leadership in digital fitness.
