DELF 2023 powers up in August, When Entertainment Goes Beyond 3oundaries
|
A brand-new edition of the Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum (DELF) is coming this 25–27 August, once again in hybrid form.
With the theme “Power Up! When Entertainment Goes Beyond 3oundaries”, DELF 2023 will delve into a trove of trending topics and interactive experiences centred on the disruptive power of Web3, the technology that’s breaking entertainment boundaries and pushing the interactive envelope while shaping everyday lives in exciting new ways.
More than 70 speakers from around the world will share insights on an array of hottest topics of tech and applications in digital entertainment, from gaming, music, arts, and sports to AIGC (AI Generated Content), Web3 and blockchain, metaverse, virtual assets, and so much more.

DELF 2023 will also feature four key interactive zones – Artainment, Sportainment, Edutainment, and LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) – for an encounter that’s more engaging, immersive, and personalised than ever before. Visitors will also be able to participate in over 30 tech-enabled digital experiences and attend workshops to learn all about the latest Web3 and AIGC tech applications. Details of the compelling programme agenda, speaker line-up, experience zones, workshops, play-to-earn, and other carnival offers would be unveiled soon.
DELF is a Cyberport annual flagship event offering industry insights and hands-on tech experiences. By connecting local talent with the global digital entertainment industry, the event promotes Hong Kong as a regional hub for digital entertainment. Last year’s forum welcomed a record-breaking 2,800+ attendance comprising industry players, tech enthusiasts, policy makers and members of the public, with more than 280,000 online views.
This year, DELF will also be part of the Happy Hong Kong campaign, spreading the joy and excitement of digital entertainment and Web3 to the community at large.
