Project Manager - ICT (Ref# PMICT20240506W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Senior Manager, ICT
  • Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Senior Youth Project Executive / Youth Project Executive (Ref# SYPE20240506W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supportive role for driving the programme implementation in terms of communication, planning and coordination come across by the multiple projects including but not limited to Web3.0 Internship Programme 2024 (W3IP 2024) which aims to cultivate the talents’ by offering job opportunities and nurturing entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • Engage with the employers and interns throughout the programmes and maximize the interaction for equipping them with essential knowledge from building the network with the professionals and domain experts.  
  • Assist in Smart Living Cluster & Youth Development Programmes, including planning, executing, and monitoring programmes and events which aim to nurture youth talents in pursuit of digital tech careers or entrepreneurship.
  • Assist with Youth Project Manager to develop strategic partnerships with the local and overseas academic institutions and other industry players to groom the youth talents from the partnership youth programme.

  • Plan, organise and manage major company events in physical, hybrid or virtual formats. Devise strategic implementation plan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Campus Management to manage the campus management team to provide professional facilities management services, include but not limited to cleaning, security, landscaping, car parking, event support, finance and budgeting, procurement and tendering, etc. to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors

Data Centre Operations Manager (Ref: DCOM240417W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
  • Formulate strategy and roadmap to build, deliver and maintain best-in-class data centre environment for supporting high-performance computing systems.
  • Develop, implement and maintain governance, policy, standards and procedures in connection with data centre management and operations to align with data centre industry standards, regulations, security safeguards and good practices for hosting high-performance computing systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to provide advice on the data centre operations, site selection and technical requirements for hosting high-performance computing systems.

  • 10+ year proven experience as a Data Centre Operations Manager or similar role in a large scale 24/7 data center environment.

  • Proven experience in managing data centre facilities, infrastructure and IT equipment to support high-performance computing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic corporate communications and PR plan to enhance Cyberport's brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of a Government funding programme to expedite the pace of digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing funding support to SMEs in adopting digital solutions.
  • Conduct application assessment, eligibility and due diligence checking for programme applications, and consolidate relevant documents
  • Provide support to funding applications, initial assessment of the funding applications assigned, and prepare the relevant reports and summary lists required;
  • Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports
  • Conduct on-site checking for applicants and funded projects
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year working experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Manager – Corporate Communications (Ref#AMCC240417W)

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and implement publicity campaigns to promote the Company’s mission and achievements through multiple communication channels
  • Handle media enquiries; maintain good relationship with the media to maximise positive coverage for the Company
  • Work with different teams to formulate story angles, develop key messages and talking points for corporate events, industry activities and visits to ensure effective delivery of corporate positioning and messages
  • Prepare PR write-ups such as advertorials, press releases, speeches, presentations, leaflets, etc.
  • Support senior executives for media activities and public speaking opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the production of annual report and corporate publications
  • Conduct research with regard to updates of industry trends and government policies
  • Engage the digital tech companies in Cyberport; support the promotion of their innovation and leverage on their work to raise the brand awareness of Cyberport
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree in Languages, Translation, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
  • Strong connection with local and regional media with proven track record in formulating story angles and conducting media pitching
  • Solid experience in planning and implementing integrated communication campaigns across different channels, both the traditional and new media platforms
  • Good understanding of the Innovation & Technology Industry as well as related government policies
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Detail-minded and independent with strong analytical mind
  • Team player and self-motivated with can-do spirit; able to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within tight schedules
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across different communications functions, such as media relations, stakeholder’s engagement, copywriting, production of annual report and corporate literature etc.
