Corporate Communications Officer (Ref# CCO190523W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and translate a full range of bilingual communication materials, such as press releases, speeches, presentation, executive briefing books, advertorials, annual reports etc.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as Cyberport companies, industry partners and vendors to ensure the accuracy and smooth delivery of the write-ups and publications
  • Engage local and regional media to build and maintain strong media relationship; monitor and evaluate media coverage
  • Coordinate the company’s publicity campaigns, multi-platform communications and public relations programmes to engage different stakeholders and enhance Cyberport’s brand awareness
  • Coordinate and provide support to promote corporate relations with external parties and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Creative Writing or related disciplines
  • With 3-5 years of solid experience in corporate communications, public affairs, copywriting and translation, preferably in corporate
  • Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE & HKALE/ Level 4 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Project Director (Ref# PD190506W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of support to management in overall monitoring and management of high-end property development projects, including design, administration, cost control, procurement and construction management for Cyberport expansion project and Waterfront Park
  • Supervise and manage the project management (e.g. project managers and external consultant) to ensure delivery and achievement of project milestones
  • Supervise and manage various vendors and contractors to resolve any project issues, e.g. review design proposals, tender documents & reports, and make recommendations on the award of contracts to vendors and contractors
  • Formulate the design roadmap or framework in order to build the Smart City / Living infrastructure within Cyberport community
  • Liaise with government authorities on timely submissions and seeking of approvals
  • Maintain and foster a positive relationship with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance and approval for all relevant development licenses
  • Attend and chair periodic project meetings, management meetings & site supervision for coordination and quality compliance
  • Advise and manage changes in project scope, budget monitoring and management
  • Communicate and work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to reflect accurately on project progress as well as possible red flags

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Architecture/ Engineering/ Surveying, preferably with relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in property developers or consultants, of which a minimum of 10 years taking up project team leader position
  • Member of RIBA or HKIA and Registered Architect would be preferred
  • Experience in developing a green environment and innovative construction with large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development, prefer in large-scaled residential, commercial and composite development projects in Hong Kong
  • Strong project management experience on retail, commercial or mixed-use developments
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills with strong market knowledge and business acumen
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Manager – Enterprise and Industry Collaboration (Ref# MEIC190523W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships, and devise partnership programmes, with commercial enterprises, leading local and overseas industry associations and academic institutions to help digital tech start-ups explore and capture business opportunities in overseas/Mainland markets
  • Drive collaborations between local digital tech Industry and overseas/Mainland China counterparts and to promote Hong Kong as a leading digital tech city in the region
  • Steer and implement marketing plans/campaigns to promote Cyberport’s one-stop platform for start-ups, facilitate tech adoption to Enterprises and build up successful cases to share with public and interested parties

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programmes and/or marketing projects, preferably with experience in account management
  • Experience in digital tech or related sector with a good network of contacts
  • Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, business enterprises, digital tech associations and academic institutions
  • Proven ability to gain maximum value with external partnerships, with effective people management and account management skills
  • Good negotiation, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and independent, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to travel to overseas/Mainland China

Business Partner – Finance & Accounting (Ref# BPF&A190523W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure accurate and timely financial management information is prepared with detailed analysis, including relevant market analysis
  • To build strong relations and act as a key point of contact to support the business units with commercial, public mission, capital and investment proposals
  • To work closely with business managers to ensure that all transactions have been properly justified before presenting to approval and execution
  • To work in close partnership with business units to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets, forecast and variance analysis
  • To monitor the status of Key Performance Indicators of business units and provide updates to the management
  • Assist with year end audit
  • To work extensively with business units to ensure sound controls are in place
  • To provide accounting advices to the business unit heads, also stay close to the business development of the business units

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant (e.g. HKICPA or ACCA) with minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience (minimum 3 years audit experience, preferably gained from Big 4 or sizable CPA firm)
  • Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions
  • Commercial acumen
  • Determined and assertive, prepared to get into the detail to understand the complex drivers of the business

Manager – IT Operations (Ref# MITO190523W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist Senior Manager, ITO managing the Network Operation Centre (NOC) Operator to ensure all IT&T services are provided to Cyberport community users and in-house users in a coordinated, effective and complementary manner
  • To provide system administration and database administration of enterprise systems
  • To plan, develop and implement the IT hardware and infrastructure budget and obtain competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness
  • To stay current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommend ways for HKCMCL to take advantage of new technology
  • To develop hardware and network implementation plans to align with the growth of Cyberport and HKCMCL
  • To liaise with equipment suppliers and service personnel with respect to warranties and maintenance services

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in technical support and network engineering.  Rich experience in various technologies including operating systems, networking, telecommunications and data center operation and experience in video engineering; digital video and audio engineering
  • Experience on Windows and Linux Platform, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), including Windows Active Directory knowledge and network solution (Cisco and Juniper routers/switches/firewall)
  • Experience on cloud computing platform (Hyper-V, KVM, etc) is a strong plus
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proven track record in effective project management
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Responsible on reporting to related parties, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Project Assistant (Ref# PA190516W)

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the recruitment of Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) and Cyberport Incubation Programme (CIP). Major tasks included:

Programme Development

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events

Programme Implementation

  • Assist in developing and implementing the recruitment campaigns of the programmes
  • Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications
  • Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics
  • Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment
  • Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings

Project Budget Monitoring

  • Prepare all purchasing requests and expenses claims for Programmes expenditure

Other Administration Support

  • Update the Centre’s statistical figures periodically
  • Organise and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes
  • Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database
  • Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in all disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with interest in ICT entrepreneurship and start-up incubation programmes
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with good sense of responsibility
