  • Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

Head/Senior Manager - Legal and Compliance (Ref# SMLC240612W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising the board and management on legal and compliance risk exposures relating to specific business initiatives/arrangements
  • Engaging internal business functions closely to keep close to matters that may require attention of legal and compliance functions

Senior Manager - Campus Management (Ref# SMCM240506W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Campus Management to manage the campus management team to provide professional facilities management services, include but not limited to cleaning, security, landscaping, car parking, event support, finance and budgeting, procurement and tendering, etc. to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with businesses, partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximize the value delivered to Cyberport
  • Drive portfolio or campus management activities to maximize satisfaction and loyalty for companies based at Cyberport
  • Assist Head of Campus Management to manage outsourced service provider(s) including those for maintenance, technical service, security, customer service and cleaning, and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control and revenue generation, as well as the expectations of Cyberport
  • Develop and manage all aspects of facilities management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost-effective facilities systems and management in accordance with the company’s requirements and approved budgets
  • Assist the COO & Head of Campus Management in managing Cyberport’s hotel, Le Meridien Cyberport
  • Manage staff within the Campus Management department, as necessary
  • Provide expert advice to the Management team and Board of Directors as necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree plus recognized relevant professional qualifications in Facilities management, ideally MRICS, CFM, PMP (Tier 1 under PMSA), HKIH, HKIS or similar in property or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Solid international-standard experience in campus or portfolio management of Grade A commercial property, with international experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
  • Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill with extensive industry knowledge and contacts
  • Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline driven environment
  • Driving licence is a preference
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, including writing business reports and proposals, and delivering same to Board or other bodies as required
  • Chinese and other languages a plus

The position is on a 2-year contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
