Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting (Ref# AMFA180514W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial reporting and prepare cash flow forecasts, analytical reviews and management reports 
  • Manage accounts receivable / payable functions and closely monitor bad debts and conduct credit control procedures
  • Assist in the financial review of hotel and property management operations
  • Work closely with the investment team to understand Marco Fund investments structure and support investment execution
  • Ensure completeness of accounting records and compliance with systems, procedures and controls to fulfill company policies and statutory requirements

Requirements:

Digital Communications Officer (Ref# DCO180521W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management on digital aspects of ICT events and corporate campaign strategies
  • In-charge of digital communication strategies for event publicity (i.e. event website, eDM, social media content direction, CRM system)

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the full spectrum of the company secretarial function of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”), reporting to the CFO.
  • Assist with organising Board and Board Committee meetings, and prepare meeting agenda, meeting papers, resolutions, minutes and other meeting materials and corporate reports.
  • Oversee the day-to-day compliance function, control measures and procedures to ensure proper compliance with relevant statutory/regulatory requirements/ legislation as well as corporate policies.

Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications (Ref# AMCC180511W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement publicity campaigns to promote the Company's mission and achievements through multiple communication channels
  • Handle media enquiries; maintain good relationship with the media to maximise positive coverage for the Company
  • Work with different teams to formulate story angles, develop key messages and talking points for corporate events, industry activities and visits to ensure effective delivery of corporate positioning and messages

  • Strong connection with local and regional media with proven track record in formulating story angles and conducting media pitching
  • Solid experience in planning and implementing integrated communication campaigns across different channels, both the traditional and new media platforms 
  • Good understanding of the Innovation & Technology industry as well as related government policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with different business teams in order to capture new application needs and change/enhancement requests for the existing applications
  • Develop the functional enhancement specifications according to business needs

Manager – Compliance & Procurement (Ref# MC&P180511W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies, procedures and documentation to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Provide advice to user departments on procurement procedures and best practice for purchasing activities, whilst ensuring compliance with corporate governance and policies
  • Enforces ethical practices in all dealings with suppliers
  • Manage the overall tender process and relevant tender documentation, including invitation documents, evaluation criteria, contract and assessment reports, etc.

  • Experience of working in a public body, with hands-on experience of handling complex tender documentation and processes

  • Familiar with FinTech and digital technology investment industry
  • Effective and articulate communicator, ability to work effectively with the C-suite of financial services institutes and digital technology firms
  • Prior engagement in local and global digital start-up ecosystems is preferable
  • Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and multi-faceted working environment
  • Solid project management and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
