Assistant Manager – Entrepreneurship (Ref# AME181102W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist of the recruitment and admission of Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) Scheme and Cyberport Incubation Programme (CIP), including programme promotion, reference checking, vetting, admission process and programme orientation

Programme Executive (Ref# PEET181109W)

Key Responsibilities:

The Programme Executive is responsible for supporting the Entrepreneurship Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Centre. Major tasks included:

Programme Development

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events

Programme Implementation

  • Assist in developing and implementing the recruitment campaigns of the programmes
  • Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications
  • Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics
  • Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment
  • Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings

Project Budget Monitoring

  • Prepare all purchasing requests and expenses claims for Programmes expenditure

  • Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database

Senior Manager – Venture Investments (Ref# SMVI181102W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential investment targets, markets, and sector trends, and general contribution to fund level thinking and strategy
  • Originate and execute deal transactions by, but not limited to, active participation in the Cyberport start-up community, frequent attendance of events, panels, and discussions
  • Manage co-investors, connect target companies to co-investors, and negotiate investment terms, if necessary

Assistant Manager – Compliance & Procurement (Ref# AMC&P181109W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement policies, procedures and documentation to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Maintain and ensure that the Document Management System (DMS) complies with relevant International Standards
  • Assist in carry out sample audits to ensure compliance with the DMS and identify areas for improvement

Assistant Company Secretary (Ref# ACS181106W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties to the group of companies, reporting to the Company Secretary (Senior Manager Level) and senior executives
  • Organise Board and Board Committees meetings, and prepare meeting agenda, meeting papers, resolutions, minutes, annual reports and other corporate reports
  • Work closely with the management team and the Board of Directors

Manager – Finance & Accounting (Ref# MFA181102W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee daily financial and accounting operations
  • To be responsible for monthly financial reporting, ensuring production of high-quality accurate financial management information
  • To evaluate performance of business units and perform analytical review
  • To assist in preparation of annual budget, full year forecast and variance analysis, statutory and management reports to the management for strategic planning and control
  • To liaise with auditors and other relevant regulatory bodies
  • To liaise with bankers for treasury management and working capital financing
  • To ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards, policies and procedures, both internal and external, and internal control, tax and statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Minimum with 5 years’ relevant working experience (preferably with 3 years’ audit experience, gained with a Big 4 or sizeable CPA firm)
  • Qualified accountant of HKICPA / ACCA preferred
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle is preferred
  • Self-motivated, energetic and well-organized with an analytical mind
  • Able to work independently and under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
