Digital Communications Officer (Ref# DCO171211W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for digital communication strategy for raising public awareness and appreciation of Cyberport and the digital technology companies within its ecosystem
  • Manage digital communication for corporate events and start-ups publicity, through social media marketing campaign and content development, community engagement, eDM, CRM system
  • Ensure a cohesive branding and key messages across Cyberport website, social media and other digital initiatives
  • Responsible for follow-up & assessment of digital campaigns linked with our event partners
  • Maintain and enhance the corporate website
  • Generate statistics report for Cyberport’s online presence using analytic tools
  • Design and develop relevant campaign materials with the use of multiple digital communication tools
  • Handling from planning and execution of various digital marketing initiatives
  • Other ad hoc assignments as deemed necessary by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree in multi-media, journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in social media, corporate communications, marketing and branding experience
  • Experience gained in PR or social media agencies will be a definite advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external parties at all levels
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, project management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge in social media trend and management, SEO, SEM, analytics, etc
  • Well-articulated and strong ability to convey key messages
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Strong in logical and analytical thinking
  • Open-minded, quick to embrace new ideas, and with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).

Senior Accountant (Ref# SA171130W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial reporting and prepare cash flow forecasts, analytical reviews and management report
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget and mid-year forecasts
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable functions and closely monitor bad debts and conduct credit control procedures
  • Involvement in financial review of hotel operations
  • Work closely with the investment team to understand Macro Fund investments structure and support investment execution
  • Ensure completeness of accounting records and compliance with systems, procedures and controls to fulfil company policies and statutory requirement
  • Co-ordinate with banks on treasury matters
  • Liaise with company secretary, tax agent, external auditors and statutory bodies
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments/ projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant (e.g. HKICPA or ACCA) with minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience (preferably with 3 years’ audit experience, gained with a Big 4 or sizeable CPA firm). A steady work track record is essential
  • Self-motivated, energetic, well-organised with an analytical mind; able to work independently and under pressure Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Accountant

Human Resources and Administration Assistant (Ref# HRAA171206W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a full spectrum of general office administration and clerical duties, including managing office supplies, office equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering, office stationery printing and physical access system support;
  • Handle procurement for HR and administration operations, which will involve vendor selection, price/fee negotiation, and payment processing;
  • Responsible for maintaining office facilities and ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance;
  • Handle supplier contracts, quotations and payment transactions in compliance with procurement requirements;
  • Support staff recruitment, including job advertisement posting and interview arrangements;
  • Assist with organising company activities and staff events;
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR and Admin projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with major in HR or related disciplines
  • Minimum with 4 years’ solid human resources and office administration experience gained with sizeable organisations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to detail, organised, and able to prioritise multiple deadlines and client requests. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment-related regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
