Human Resources and Administration Assistant (Ref# HRAA171018W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a full spectrum of general office administration and clerical duties, including managing office supplies, office equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering, office stationery printing and physical access system support;
  • Handle procurement for HR and administration operations, which will involve vendor selection, price/fee negotiation, and payment processing;
  • Responsible for maintaining office facilities and ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance;
  • Handle supplier contracts, quotations and payment transactions in compliance with procurement requirements;
  • Support staff recruitment, including job advertisement posting and interview arrangements;
  • Assist with organising company activities and staff events;
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR and Admin projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with major in HR or related disciplines
  • Minimum with 8 years’ solid human resources and office administration experience gained with sizeable organisations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to detail, organised, and able to prioritise multiple deadlines and client requests. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment-related regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Chief Operating Officer (Ref# COO171003I)

HKCMCL now invites applications for the post of Chief Operating Officer to join the management team to build on Cyberport as a leading innovative and digital hub in Hong Kong.  Reporting to the CEO, the COO is responsible for all aspects of Cyberport campus development and management, including the a rcade and the hotel, Le Meridien Cyberport, and the formulation and execution of IT and facilities management strategies.  The COO will oversee the facilities, IT, technical services and hotel management functions of the Company in supporting corporate objectives.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for introducing state-of-the-art technologies to strengthen Cyberport’s world-class infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the continuous development and upgrade of Cyberport’s infrastructure and services;
  • Manage out-sourced service providers to provide professional facilities management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors to maximize satisfaction and loyalty, and oversee the management, operations and upgrade of the arcade and the hotel as part of the Cyberport campus;
  • Manage revamping and enhancement projects for existing premises;
  • Manage and enhance the IT infrastructure and operations at Cyberport in support of short- and long-term business needs.  Explore and provide the application of state-of-the-art digital technologies to serve Cyberport’s tenants, startups and the Cyberport campus;
  • Oversee all matters relating to construction and management of the Cyberport project; and
  • Monitor and take appropriate actions to assist the Government in Project Completion with a view to safeguarding the interests of Financial Secretary Incorporated.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in engineering, architecture, building survey, property management or a related discipline;
  • Recognised relevant professional qualifications in real estate management, or in similar fields;
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position;
  • A highly adaptable, pro-active, motivated and result-oriented leader with strengths in both strategic management and operational excellence;
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and work in harmony with multiple stakeholders; experience of working with the public and private sectors is highly preferred;
  • Strong business acumen, with good management and presentation skills;
  • Empathetic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of English; a good standard of Chinese is an advantage.

Senior Manager - FinTech Strategy and Investor Engagement (Ref# FTLPT170808W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior management to formulate the FinTech strategy for Cyberport and lead cross-organisational teams to implement the strategy
  • Develop and engage the investor networks for FinTech and other digital clusters to facilitate and enable investments in Cyberport’s start-ups
  • Initiate and lead FinTech-specific programs to engage the stakeholders in FinTech ecosystems worldwide
  • Nurture, support and engage FinTech start-ups in the Cyberport community to grow into mainland China and international markets
  • Attract and acquire local, mainland China and international FinTech start-ups and established Fintech leaders to join the Cyberport community
  • Bridge FinTech start-ups with financial services institutes on innovation collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or IT disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the domain of financial services and/or digital technologies
  • First-class knowledge of the latest trends in FinTech worldwide
  • Familiar with FinTech and digital technology investment industry
  • Effective and articulate communicator, ability to work effectively with the C-suite of financial services institutes and digital technology firms
  • Prior engagement in local and global digital start-up ecosystems is preferable
  • Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and multi-faceted working environment
  • Solid project management and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Project Assistant (Ref# PAPT170927W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Partners Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures 
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials
  • Assist in programme logistics arrangement
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events 
  • Assist in developing and implementing the recruiting campaigns and the related trainings of the programmes 
  • Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications 
  • Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics 
  • Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment 
  • Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings 
  • Prepare all purchasing requests and expense claims for Programmes expenditure 
  • Update the team’s statistical figures periodically 
  • Organise and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in administration or equivalent

  • Knowledge of technology and innovation industry is an advantage 
  • Good knowledge of PC skill, including MS work, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, well-organised and self-motivated 
  • Able to work independently, good sense of responsible and good working attitude 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
