Copywriter (Ref# CW180912W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and translate a full range of Chinese and English PR materials, such as speeches, press releases, advertorials, annual reports, success stories of Cyberport companies etc.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as Cyberport companies, industry partners and vendors to ensure the accuracy and smooth delivery of the write-ups and publications from start to end
  • Be the gate keeper of corporate PR messages 
  • Build strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Creative Writing or related disciplines

Assistant Manager – Alumni (Ref# AMA180912W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the Cyberport Startup Alumni Association (CSAA) to draw like-minded digital tech talents together, offering them the opportunities to network, explore collaboration and maintain links to Cyberport
  • Support the Management to work with grantees of Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF), incubatees of Cyberport Incubation Programme (CIP) and alumni, that finally build up cases of success

Project Assistant (Ref#PA180910W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Partners Team for the administration and implementation of partner programmes/ events
  • Liaise with external consultants / contractors / suppliers as well as internal parties to facilitate the smooth implementation of the programmes/ events
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials
  • Organisation and reception of Cyberport guided tour for business delegates

Senior Manager - Corporate Communications (Ref#SMCC180920W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management on the review and fine-tuning of the 3 Year Strategic Plan
  • Prepare the corporate messages framework in alignment with strategic plans for public engagement
  • Plan and develop PR and communications strategies for the company
  • Manage both external and internal PR campaigns and communications programs
  • Responsible for managing media relations and other PR functions delivering key messages and announcements to external stakeholders, media and public to achieve a strong level of corporate image awareness

Chief Corporate Development Officer (Ref# CCDO180920W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to CEO, CCDO will be responsible for corporate business development, corporate communications and marketing, public relations, building partnership locally and globally, attracting anchor tenants and building strong business and community relationship
  • Provide deep insights into digital tech market trend, product and service demands, industry structure, players and stakeholders for the formulation of corporate development plan and strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree in technology, business or related discipline. MBA or a Master degree in related discipline is preferable
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as senior management
  • Experience in business development, handle strategic partnerships and work with large enterprises (Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas)
  • Strong media relationship, excellent interpersonal skills, good leadership and management with superb planning, organizing, execution and communications skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous and well-organized with strong planning capability
  • High sense of urgency; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective people management and excellent customer services skills

Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting (Ref# AMFA180910W)

  • Perform financial reporting and prepare cash flow forecasts, analytical reviews and management reports
