Senior Manager – Corporate Communications (Ref# SMCC0920W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop PR and communications strategies for the company 
  • Manage both external and internal PR campaigns and communications programs 
  • Responsible for managing media relations and other PR functions delivering key messages and announcements to external stakeholders, media and public to achieve a strong level of corporate image awareness 
  • Maintain good relationships and publicity with established media networks 
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide corporate communications support 
  • Supervise and work closely with PR agent to ensure key messages are delivered consistently with timely and quality delivery of services 

Programme Coordinator (Ref# PCET0915W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Entrepreneurs Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development team in overseeing the administration and compliance of the programmes 
  • Regularly monitor the programmes in achieving the stated objectives 
  • Assist to review and update the programme-related documents, specifications, schedules, policies and procedures 
  • Assist with administrative, technical, and professional work related to the programme including ensuring compliance with the appropriated guidelines, policies and approved internal controls 

Requirements:

Assistant Company Secretary (Ref# ACS0912W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of support on corporate secretarial function of the company, reporting to the Company Secretary and CFO 
  • Assist in organising Board and Board Committee meetings, and prepare meeting agenda, meeting papers, resolutions, minutes, annual report and other corporate reports 

  • Prepare and steer marketing plans / campaigns to promote Cyberport’s one-stop platform for start-ups and build up successful stories on Cyberport’s public missions to share with public and interested parties 
  • To acquire and develop knowledge and connections in PR, media promotion, legal support and capital fund raising for helping the CCMF Scheme grantees 

Requirements:
