Corporate Paper Editor (Ref# CPE1115W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with business units heads for the production of Papers 
  • To enhance the Papers to Committees 
  • To edit and proofread Papers contributed by Business Units 
  • To support and assist in matters related to Paper and 
  • To provide training to the Paper writer

Requirements:

  • University degree in English, Translation or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in editorial and/or translation work; in which minimum 1 year of working experience in Government is preferred 
  • Adept at using word-processing computer software of Word, Excel, Access, etc and proficiency in Chinese and English data entry; and 
  • Experience in writing Board Paper 
  • Language proficiency requirement:

            Use of English

            - Level 5 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE; or 
            - Grade C or above in Use of English of the HKALE; or 
            - Grade C or above in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level); or 
            - Level 2 in the English language paper in the Common Recruitment Examination; or
            - An overall band of 6.5 or above with no subtest score below band 6 obtained in the same sitting in the Academic Module of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

The position is on a fixed-term contract for a period of 4-months.

Head of Human Resources and Administration (Ref# HHRA1105W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Human Resources and Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Human Resources and Administration values, review the exiting Human Resources and Administration practices and policies, and provide strategic direction to the CEO 
  • Control the Human Resources operational and organisation development activities 
  • Monitor the Human Resources and Administration Team in implementing the company policies to align with the corporate directions and achieve business goals 
  • Conduct organisation assessments and upgrade talent through strategic staffing and talent development
  • Ensure induction and continuous training, development of team and controlling of corporate guidelines  Drive a culture of growth and positive employee relations 
  • Be a servicing partner to all business units in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive Human Resources infrastructure in place 

  • Develop and drive an effective performance management system to partner with senior management team to achieve organisation KPIs

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 10 years solid experience at senior Human Resources management level in sizeable organisation or corporations 
  • Meticulous and well-organised with strong planning capability 
  • Good problem-solving and coaching skills 
  • Excellent people, communication, management and interpersonal skills 

Senior Manager – Partners (Ref# SMPT0629W)

Reporting to the Chief Public Mission Officer, you will be accountable for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture and sustain strategic partnerships with leading local, mainland China and global ICT ecosystems to drive the Cyberport’s public missions to success 
  • Leverage on local, mainland China and global partners to effectively nurture and grow Cyberport’s startups and communities 
  • Communicate and coordinate project activities with government officials or other agencies 
  • Potentially act as Chief Representative of our representative offices in mainland China 
  • Identify and manage public and private funding resources 
  • Facilitate marketing department to build successful stories on Cyberport’s public missions to share with public and interested parties

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline; MBA is preferable 
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programs and/or marketing projects, publicity campaigns and events 
  • Experience in ICT or related sector with a good network of contacts locally and internationally  Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, IT / ICT business associations and academic institutions 
  • China working experience, fluent Putonghua and willing to travel to PRC and overseas 
  • Experience in startups communities in Hong Kong and worldwide is preferable 
  • Ability to lead, drive and manage a team with dynamic works in a fast pace 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans to exceed objectives 
  • Self-starter creative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity; evidence of a strong drive to exceed expectations 
