Assistant Manager – Corporate Marketing (Ref# AMCM0817W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage marketing events and promotions at Cyberport 
  • Maintain and establish a positive corporate identity and image through marketing campaigns, advertising, e-newsletters, promotional materials, visit programmes etc. 
  • In-charge of corporate collateral and marketing material production 
  • Monitor market activities to recommend business insights for corporate on events in the digital tech industry 
  • Explore and establish partnership opportunities in relation to Cyberport’s public mission in the digital tech industry and joint & sponsored events 
  • Collaborate with business units on their events in areas including but not limited to producing marketing collaterals and gift items, planning media placement, assessing the events results and conducting market analysis 
  • Manage agency partner relationship and other third-party supplier relationships

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline 
  • 4 years or above experience in in the Marketing field, with knowledge in digital marketing is an absolute advantage 
  • Proven track record on managing events is a must 
  • Good interpersonal and presentational skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in developing strategic marketing plans to reach targets while bringing added value to the company 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines/ schedules across stakeholders groups 

Senior Manager – Corporate Marketing (Ref# SMCM0817W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and bring on a lifted and world-class series of events 
  • Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies, and delivering outcomes for content, communications and public relations 
  • Develop and implement content and distribution strategy to promote the programmes and to further strengthen the branding and positive perception of the company across all media channels 
  • Manage and liaise with external parties including PR agencies, event agencies and digital agencies 
  • Be accountable for content creation, curation and distribution 
  • Drive integrated marketing & communications plan with Corporate Communications Team to ensure all marketing tools create the best synergies 
  • Monitor the execution of marketing of event and corporate marketing programmes 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management on digital aspects of digital tech events and corporate campaign strategies 
  • In-charge of digital communication strategy of event publicity (i.e. event website, eDM, social media content direction, CRM system) 

Assistant Manager - Business Development (Ref# AMBDET0801W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Entrepreneurs Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Manager of Entrepreneurs Team 
  • Assist Senior Manager in closely monitoring the project progress of the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) Scheme to build up cases of success 
  • Assist Senior Manager in key business development work including seeking more local and overseas partnerships, public and private funding resources and qualified mentors for CCMF Scheme grantees, that finally driving the Entrepreneurs Team to success 
  • Prepare and steer marketing plans / campaigns to promote Cyberport’s one-stop platform for start-ups and build up successful stories on Cyberport’s public missions to share with public and interested parties 
  • To acquire and develop knowledge and connections in PR, media promotion, legal support and capital fund raising for helping the CCMF Scheme grantees 
  • Able to take originate required action to deal with external parties independently, including the problem cases

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline 
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in managing partner programs and/or marketing projects, publicity campaigns and events 
  • Experience in digital tech or related sector with a good network of contacts, and with China experience is highly desirable 
  • Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, IT/digital tech associations and academic institutions 
  • Good interpersonal and presentational skills 

Reporting to the Chief Public Mission Officer, you will be accountable for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture and sustain strategic partnerships with leading local, mainland China and global ICT ecosystems to drive the Cyberport’s public missions to success 
  • Leverage on local, mainland China and global partners to effectively nurture and grow Cyberport’s startups and communities 
  • Communicate and coordinate project activities with government officials or other agencies 
  • Potentially act as Chief Representative of our representative offices in mainland China 
  • Identify and manage public and private funding resources 
  • Facilitate marketing department to build successful stories on Cyberport’s public missions to share with public and interested parties

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline; MBA is preferable 
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programs and/or marketing projects, publicity campaigns and events 
  • Experience in ICT or related sector with a good network of contacts locally and internationally  Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, IT / ICT business associations and academic institutions 
  • China working experience, fluent Putonghua and willing to travel to PRC and overseas 
  • Experience in startups communities in Hong Kong and worldwide is preferable 
  • Ability to lead, drive and manage a team with dynamic works in a fast pace 
