Human Resources & Administration Officer (Ref# O-HRA0620W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Human Resources & Administration Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions with key responsibilities including recruitment, training and development, benefits management and information maintenance;
  • Deliver timely and value-added HR services to internal clients to ensure consistent and sound people management;
  • Plan and monitor budget and expenses of the responsible functions;
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports;
  • Organise internal staff events;
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and business operation;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;

  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Marketing Executive (Ref#ME-KC0620W)

This position will be under our Knowledge Centre:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operation support to the team;
  • Assist in event & programme organization and implementation with youth focus;
  • Coordinate and communicate with local primary,  secondary and tertiary schools and institutes, partners and associations, as well as agencies and vendors;
  • Organise school/student programmes and related student recruitment promotion activities;
  • Assist in running various internship programmes;
  • Handle, review and update daily documents regularly;
  • Support team members with assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Degree in  marketing/ communications/ education/  journalism or related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in marketing communication and event management /organisation experience; Experience in working with local schools/educational organisations is preferable;
  • Experience in managing external agencies and vendors in events, and also the production of marketing collaterals of various forms will be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external parties at working levels;
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Hands-on computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, etc.;
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • Well-organised and attentive to details.

Manager – Finance & Accounting (Ref# M-FA0610W)

This position will be under our Finance & Accounting Team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial and accounting operations;
  • Responsible for financial reporting and prepare monthly financial statements and reports;
  • Prepare budget forecast, financial and variance analysis, statutory and management reports to management for strategic planning and control;
  • Assist in preparing Board materials;
  • Evaluate performance of business units and perform analytical review;
  • Liaise with auditors and other relevant regulatory bodies;
  • Liaise with bankers for treasury management and working capital financing;
  • Ensure compliance of financial and accounting policies and procedures, internal control, tax and statutory requirements;
  • Other ad hoc assignments / projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline;
  • Qualified accountant with minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle;
  • Careful and able to attend to details;
  • Creative, good analytical ability and well-organized;

Project Assistant (Ref# PACC0610W)

Collaboration Centre aims to facilitate partnerships and alliances between Hong Kong's ICT SMEs and global enterprises to achieve mutual success.  It provides business support to ICT SMEs in Hong Kong to enable them to tap into the overseas and mainland China markets.  It promotes the exchange of technology and talent between Hong Kong and worldwide ICT enterprises to fuel the growth of the ICT industry in Hong Kong.  A channel is established through which overseas and PRC-headquartered ICT enterprises can easily access Cyberport in Hong Kong.

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join our Collaboration Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures;
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials;
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events;
  • Assist in developing and implementing the recruiting campaigns and the related trainings of the programmes;
  • Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications;
  • Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics;
  • Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment;
  • Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings;
  • Prepare all purchasing requests and expense claims for Programmes expenditure;
  • Update the Centre’s statistical figures periodically;
  • Organize and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes;
  • Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database;
  • Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in administration or equivalent;
  • 1 year relevant working experience preferable, fresh university graduates will also be considered;
  • Knowledge of ICT industry is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of PC skill, including MS work, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, well-organized and self-motivated;
  • Able to work independently, good sense of responsible and good working attitude;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.

System Engineer (Cloud Computing) Ref# SE-ITO0610W

This position will be under our Network Operation Team: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment to provide support on cloud computing infrastructure installation and cloud management solution; handle users’ applications in the cloud platform
  • Maintain, support and operate mission-critical cloud computing platform for clients
  • Assist the team lead to conduct enhancement on cloud platform from time to time
  • Provide support to Cyberport Technology Center IT operations through appropriate maintenance for all servers and network equipment as well as peripherals
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers and service personnel with respect to warranties and servicing

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science  or other technical qualifications
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in providing technical support and network engineering
  • First-hand experience on server operating systems including Linux and Windows
  • Technical background in managing enterprise storage systems and networking devices (preferably including software defined networking)
  • Prior experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Xen, KVM; preferable worked with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or OpenStack cloud based platforms
  • Good knowledge of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
  • Good knowledge of network (LAN, WAN and Wireless), Linux operation, Windows. Excellent presentation skill is a must.  Able to influence others through effective communication & interpersonal skills. Able to provide interesting and practical insights on technology development in products and solutions

Smart-Space Community Manager (Ref#SSCM0509W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Smart-Space to ensure a world-class collaborative community;
  • Initiate and develop quality tenant services and programmes;
  • Develop and maintain good tenant relations;
  • Liaise with other Centres within Cyberport (e.g. Entrepreneurship Centre, Collaboration Centre, and Knowledge Centre) as well as external parties to leverage and promote programme awareness and participation;
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes, and make recommendations for new programmes or improvement to existing ones;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate leasing activities, including license administration, to ensure Smart-Space is occupied with companies from Cyberport’s target groups;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate tenant enquiries;
  • Oversee and manage the concierge staff of Smart-Space(s) to ensure quality and consistent services are delivered in a timely manner on time;
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Smart-Space to ensure a high-quality environment is maintained;
  • Other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or other related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing tenants or communities and/or marketing projects, publicity campaigns and events;
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Self-starter and creative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity; evidence of a strong drive to exceed expectations;
  • Effective people management and excellent customer services skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

This position will be under our Collaboration Centre:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Manager of Collaboration Centre of the IT Operations
  • Assist Centre Manager to develop strategic partnerships with leading local and overseas ICT enterprises / associations to help ICT SME companies explore and capture business opportunities in overseas and Mainland markets;
  • Drive local ICT Industry to collaborate with overseas and Mainland China counterparts and to promote Hong Kong as a leading digital city in the region;
  • Steer marketing plans / campaigns to build up successful stories on Cyberport’s public missions to share with public and interested parties.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in managing partner/alumni programs and/or marketing projects, publicity campaigns and events;
  • Experience in ICT or related sector with a good network of contacts, and with China experience is preferable;
  • Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, ICT business associations and academic institutions;
  • Self-starter creative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity; evidence of a strong drive to exceed expectations;
  • High sense of urgency; strong executive skills; high accountable for results;
  • Effective people management and excellent customer services skills;
  • Proven ability to gain maximum value with external partnerships;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese;
  • Willing to travel to PRC and overseas.
