Company Secretary (Ref# CS180417W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the full spectrum of the company secretarial function of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”), reporting to the CFO.
  • Assist with organising Board and Board Committee meetings, and prepare meeting agenda, meeting papers, resolutions, minutes and other meeting materials and corporate reports.
  • Oversee the day-to-day compliance function, control measures and procedures to ensure proper compliance with relevant statutory/regulatory requirements/ legislation as well as corporate policies.
  • Update on corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain proper and accurate company secretarial records and legal documents.
  • Review contractual agreements on business transactions in the course of business.

Requirements:

Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications (Ref# AMCC180406W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement publicity campaigns to promote the Company's mission and achievements through multiple communication channels
  • Handle media enquiries; maintain good relationship with the media to maximise positive coverage for the Company
  • Work with different teams to formulate story angles, develop key messages and talking points for corporate events, industry activities and visits to ensure effective delivery of corporate positioning and messages 
  • Prepare PR write-ups such as advertorials, press releases, speeches, presentations, leaflets, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience across different communications functions, such as media relations, stakeholder’s engagement, copywriting, production of annual report and corporate literature etc
  • Strong connection with local and regional media with proven track record in formulating story angles and conducting media pitching
  • Solid experience in planning and implementing integrated communication campaigns across different channels, both the traditional and new media platforms 
  • Good understanding of the Innovation & Technology industry as well as related government policies
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English  
  • Detail-minded and independent with strong analytical mind

  • Responsible for developing marketing strategy and plans to support the corporate strategic direction
  • Raise local, Mainland and international awareness of Cyberport and its contribution to the digital tech industry development

Systems Analyst (Ref# SA180406W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with different business teams in order to capture new application needs and change/enhancement requests for the existing applications
  • Develop the functional enhancement specifications according to business needs
  • Participate in new project planning, business case preparation and project implementation
  • Ensure applications meeting corporate compliance and security standard
  • Act as Level 2 application support subject matter expert for Cyberport applications portfolio (EMS, LMS, CMS, CRM, Investor portal, etc)
  • Escalate application incidents to appropriate vendors
  • Maintain systems documentation, operation guides and training materials and provide application training to end users
  • Monitor applications and fine-tune performance to meet pre-defined service levels

Requirements:

Manager – Compliance & Procurement (Ref# MC&P180406W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies, procedures and documentation to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Provide advice to user departments on procurement procedures and best practice for purchasing activities, whilst ensuring compliance with corporate governance and policies
  • Enforces ethical practices in all dealings with suppliers
  • Manage the overall tender process and relevant tender documentation, including invitation documents, evaluation criteria, contract and assessment reports, etc.

  • First-class knowledge of the latest trends in FinTech worldwide
  • Familiar with FinTech and digital technology investment industry
  • Effective and articulate communicator, ability to work effectively with the C-suite of financial services institutes and digital technology firms
  • Prior engagement in local and global digital start-up ecosystems is preferable
  • Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional project teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and multi-faceted working environment
  • Solid project management and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
