Contract Senior Manager – Macro Fund (Ref# CSMMF0208W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential targets, markets and sector trends
  • Prepare investment reports, which include thorough strategic and financial analysis for each potential investment with valuation models and recommendations
  • Assist the portfolio of investments, not limited to forecast of the change in financial position, review and assess the liquidity of assets and the fund planning or arrangement
  • Prepare the fund and periodically reports to management

Chief Corporate Development Officer (Ref# CCDO0127W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to CEO, CCDO will be responsible for corporate business development, corporate communications and marketing, public relations, building partnership locally and globally, attracting anchor tenants and building strong business and community relationship 
  • Develop the overall corporate development strategy of Cyberport and to proactively identify and attract high quality and tech-savvy tenants from overseas and the Mainland in developing Hong Kong as ICT hub
  • Develop and cultivate local and global network of business partners to accelerate the growth of the company and local digital entrepreneurs 
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, including securing new source of funding through public-private-partnership, sponsorship, donations and new revenue opportunities 
  • Organise corporate marketing programmes and world-class ICT flagship events to nurture ICT companies and to promote Cyberport as a local and international ICT player 
  • Build and raise Cyberport’s brand locally and globally; in particular, to raise market awareness of the work of Cyberport and the innovations developed by technology companies at Cyberport 

Requirements:

  • Degree in technology, business or related discipline. MBA or a Master degree in related discipline preferable 

Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing (Ref# AMRM0204W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, organising, implementing and evaluating all marketing events and promotion activities, including festive promotions, sales driven promotions, Public Relations events, in-mall decorations and social media promotions of The Arcade of Cyberport 
  • Lead and give directions to agencies on production of all communication materials, from layout development, printing / production to display / distribution 

Head of Campus Management (Ref# HCM0204W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Campus management team to provide professional real estate management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors 
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with businesses, partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to Cyberport 
  • Drive portfolio or campus management activities to maximise satisfaction and loyalty for companies based at Cyberport 
  • Manage outsourced service provider(s) including those for maintenance, technical service, security, customer service and cleaning, and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control and revenue generation, as well as the expectations of Cyberport 
  • Develop and manage all aspects of facilities management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective facilities systems and management in accordance with the company’s requirements and approved budgets 
  • Manage Cyberport’s retail marketing activities 
  • Assist the COO in managing Cyberport’s hotel, Le Meridien Cyberport 
  • Manage staff within the Campus Management department, as necessary 

Requirements:

  • Degree plus recognised relevant professional qualifications in real estate management, ideally MRICS, or similar in engineering, architecture, building survey, property management or related discipline 
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider 
  • Strategic as well as operational approach 
  • Solid international-standard experience in campus or portfolio management of Grade A commercial property, with international experience a plus 
