Senior Manager – Corporate Communications (Ref# SMCC0525W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop PR and communications strategies for the company; 
  • Manage both external and internal PR campaigns and communications programs; 
  • Fully responsible for media relations and other PR functions delivering key messages and announcements to external stakeholders, media and public to achieve a strong level of corporate image awareness; 

Project Assistant (Ref# PAET0516W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Entrepreneurs Team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team. Major tasks included:
Programme Development
• Assist to update Programme policies and procedures;
• Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials;
• Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events.
Programme Implementation
• Assist in developing and implementing the recruitment campaigns of the programmes;
• Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications;
• Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics;
• Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment;
• Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings.
Project Budget Monitoring
• Prepare all purchasing requests and expenses claims for Programmes expenditure.
Other Administration Support
• Update the Centre’s statistical figures periodically;
• Organise and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes;
• Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database;
• Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes;

Requirements:

  • University graduate in all disciplines, with Communications related as an advantage; 
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience with interest in digital technology entrepreneurship and start-up incubation programmes; 
  • Fresh university graduates will also be considered; 

Cyberport Internship Programme (Ref# CIP16/FA/SM)

What is Cyberport Internship Programme?
We offer students to gain valuable experience and training during the summer/spring vacation or for a longer period (e.g. 12 months) as part of their curriculum requirement. Each selected candidate will be assigned a specific project and a mentor. Each project will have well defined deliverables, providing students with practical experience and learning objectives.

To join us, you need to have:
