Senior Manager – Partners (Ref# SMPT0629W)

Reporting to the Chief Public Mission Officer, you will be accountable for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture and sustain strategic partnerships with leading local, mainland China and global ICT ecosystems to drive the Cyberport’s public missions to success 
  • Leverage on local, mainland China and global partners to effectively nurture and grow Cyberport’s startups and communities 
  • Communicate and coordinate project activities with government officials or other agencies 
  • Potentially act as Chief Representative of our representative offices in mainland China 
  • Identify and manage public and private funding resources 
  • Facilitate marketing department to build successful stories on Cyberport’s public missions to share with public and interested parties

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline; MBA is preferable 
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programs and/or marketing projects, publicity campaigns and events 
  • Experience in ICT or related sector with a good network of contacts locally and internationally  Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, IT / ICT business associations and academic institutions 
  • China working experience, fluent Putonghua and willing to travel to PRC and overseas 
  • Experience in startups communities in Hong Kong and worldwide is preferable 

Head of Macro Fund (Ref# HMF0627W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and execute deal transactions 
  • Research potential targets, markets and sector trends 
  • Work with co-investors and negotiate investment terms with investees 
  • Prepare investment reports for Investment Committee, which include thorough strategic and financial analysis for each potential investment with valuation models and recommendations 
  • Conduct full due diligence for each potential investment 
  • Manage the portfolio of investments, not limited to forecast of the change in financial position, review and assess the liquidity of assets and the fund planning or arrangement 
  • Identify exit opportunities 
  • Attend board meetings of the investees 

Requirements:

Senior Marketing Executive (Ref# SME0603W)

This position will be under our Corporate Marketing team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement marketing campaign strategy, plans and ICT events for Cyberport
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers on concept development and implementation of various campaigns 
  • Manage online promotion channels and all social communication tools 
  • To manage and monitor the progress of the Programmes with regular reviews and reports 
  • To assist in establishing good corporate image and its public mission through different events and successes of the Programmes
  • To draft and edit write-ups, E-newsletter and Marketing Materials
  • Work closely with internal departments for event management, coordination and monitoring 
  • To maintain and update all the Programmes information weekly

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years solid working experience in marketing or branding is a plus

  • Plan and develop PR and communications strategies for the company 

Project Assistant (Ref# PAET0516W)

We are now inviting high caliber individual to join the Entrepreneurs Team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team. Major tasks included:
Programme Development
• Assist to update Programme policies and procedures
• Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials
• Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events
Programme Implementation
• Assist in developing and implementing the recruitment campaigns of the programmes
• Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications
• Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics
• Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment
• Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings
Project Budget Monitoring
• Prepare all purchasing requests and expenses claims for Programmes expenditure
Other Administration Support
• Update the Centre’s statistical figures periodically
• Organise and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes
• Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database
• Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes

Requirements:

  • University graduate in all disciplines, with Communications related as an advantage 
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience with interest in digital technology entrepreneurship and start-up incubation programmes 
  • Fresh university graduates will also be considered 

  • Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc. 
