Manager – Fintech Cluster (Ref# MFC200616W)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support development of business innovation and Fintech strategies
  • Support inception and implementation of Fintech/ technologies/ business innovation projects or initiatives
  • Collaborate with various functions and departments or external business partners to drive new project development, implementation, and business result delivery 
  • Develop Cyberport Eco-system among different stakeholders including start-up, mid-sized and established players by driving collaboration and community building
  • Assess partners’ capabilities and suitability for potential collaboration
  • Nurture and support FinTech start-ups in Cyberport community to grow into mainland China and international markets 
  • Attract and acquire local, mainland China and international FinTech start-ups and anchor leaders to join Cyberport community 
  • Implement FinTech marketing communication strategy including local and overseas events
  • Conduct Fintech market research, industry survey and reports 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in Fintech industry – Blockchain, Regtech, Insurtech, financial software, digital banking, platforms, digital payment, asset management tools and others
  • Proven track-record in implementation of digital technology project or business innovation or strategic partnership
  • Experience in partnership with Government, digital tech associations, academic institutions and business enterprises
  • Experience in market research
  • Experience in financial industry or startup is an advantage
  • Good network of contacts in fintech industry and related associations
  • Good understanding on latest digital market and technology trend
  • Fair understanding of local and overseas regulation of financial industry
  • Strategic planning and project management skills
  • Proven ability to gain maximum value with external partnerships, with effective people management and account management skills 
  • Mature and independent, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong reporting and market research skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior Manager - Building Services (Ref# SMBS200519I)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project management, technical coordination and contract administration for all building services installation to be completed on time for Cyberport Expansion Project
  • Supervise building services consultant team in project planning, feasibility study, design stages, tender documentation, on-site installation and construction until project completion
  • Ensure all building services systems, equipment and facilities are designed and serviced according to sets of standards and design specifications
  • Review consultants’ drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with various government authorities and departments, utilities companies, consultant team and contractors and advise the project team towards the execution of efficient, cost effective works and cost control of all building services equipment and systems.
  • Provides related reports, presentations and analysis and follow up the contract administration and progress
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Project Director

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in building services, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other related fields
  • Member of HKIE/ CIBSE/ IET/ IMechE
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in building services, mechanical engineering, building works or electrical engineering gained from property developers or consultant firms, with minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial position, preferably with experience of leading a department or a site or a premise
  • Knowledgeable in statutory regulations over building services, building regulations, contract law and construction practices
  • Proficiency in applications including Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Experience in managing building services consultancy and ICT consultancy
  • Experience in commercial projects, data centres and MICE projects
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem-solving skills

Senior Manager - BIM (Ref# SMBIM200515I)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Project Director
  • Responsible for overall BIM modelling and Digital Twin supervision to consultants and contractors; ensure smooth transition of BIM model to facility management team
  • Create and update BIM models and produce various output such as drawings, 4D animation, 5D BIM quantities platform, rendering, equipment information, etc
  • Adopt new technologies related to BIM to increase productivity
  • Ensure that the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant standards and project specifications;
  • Assist in development of BIM standard, templates, libraries
  • Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling.
  • Oversee all matters in BIM modelling from project inception, schematic design, detailed design, through construction at site until project completion

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years of management experience in property developers or consultants
  • CIC certified BIM manager, Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling, or equivalent; Strong project management experience on retail, commercial or mixed-use developments
  • Understanding of BIM authoring software, BIM review software, BIM server management and relevant construction inspection software
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Senior Project Manager (Ref# SPM200515I)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Project Director
  • Responsible for managing and overall coordination of Cyberport Expansion Project from initial stage to completion, including integration of design, planning, programme, submissions, cost control, contract administration, technical activities, managing external consultants & contractors, construction management and ensure projects will be delivered within standard quality, schedule and budget
  • Supervise a team of site staff from client side and consultant team; and manage main contractors of delivery of high-end property development projects, including design, administration, cost control, procurement and construction management for Cyberport Expansion Project
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s guidelines and Delegation Authority for capital works projects
  • Overview of construction activities ensure compliance and approval for all relevant development licenses including activities including architectural works, civil engineering works, structural engineering works and interior design etc.
  • Reviews design plans and drawings against approved brief on aesthetic, function and spatial requirements etc. across disciplines to identify discrepancies for timely corrective adjustments by relevant consultants / contractors

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Architecture/ Engineering/ Surveying, preferably with relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial capacity in overseeing large-scale construction projects, public buildings or prestigious property development in Hong Kong
  • Member of HKIA, HKIE or HKIS or equivalent qualification from other recognized professional bodies preferred and Registered Architect, Registered Engineer and Registered Surveyor preferred
  • Experience in managing large-scaled mixed-use, commercial and public building projects, developing a green environment and innovative construction with large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development in Hong Kong from initial stage to completion
  • Familiar with building ordinance, government submission and managing & monitoring design consultants and main contractors in Hong Kong
  • Strong project management experience on retail, commercial or mixed-use developments
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager

Assistant Manager – Engineering Services (Ref# AMES200409W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical and Administrative support to the Technical Services and Leasing Teams
  • Site coordination and progress and quality monitoring of fitting out works/tenancy partition works/improvement works/repair works
  • Monitoring contract procurement
  • Examination of financial statements, cost reports and final accounts
  • Review and audit project expenses including construction costs and other project expenses

System Analyst (Ref# SA200311W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with different business teams in order to capture new application needs and change/enhancement requests for the existing applications
  • Develop the functional enhancement specifications according to business needs
  • Participate in new project planning, business case preparation and project implementation
  • Ensure applications meeting corporate compliance and security standard
  • Act as Level 1 application support subject matter expert of Cyberport applications
  • Escalate application incidents to appropriate vendors and monitor the service level

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive extensive stakeholder engagement with various parties, including but not limited to Legislative Councilors, Southern District Councilors, key opinion leaders, local community groups, academia, schools, in a professional and effective manner
  • Support in formulation and execution of Public Affairs strategies and plans to drive Cyberport development and its related statutory town planning procedures, budget initiatives
  • To research and provide deep insight into digital tech market trend, industry structure, key players and stakeholders for the formulation of corporate development plan
  • To facilitate the development of lobbying plans and activities to promote Cyberport public mission and secure support from key stakeholders
  • To engage with cluster stakeholders, collection of business intelligence and research analysis
  • To review political, social and economic trends and analyse the impact on the organisation

Requirements:

  • Degree plus recognised relevant professional qualifications in journalism, communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in commercial or semi-government bodies
  • Experience in managing public affairs and stakeholder engagement, e.g. Legco and District Council members, key opinion leaders, community stakeholders, etc.
  • Experience in crisis management is a must
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills with extensive relevant network
  • Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including writing public papers and proposals
