Leasing Officer (Ref# LO190214W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all leasing-related administration and work with Leasing Managers to handle enquiries in leasing of Office, Co-working (Smart-Space) and Retail space
  • Attend to daily leasing enquiries and tenancy matters in alignment with Cyberport target sectors and maintain record in leasing registrar
  • Review and maintain tenants’ database
  • Assist office/shop inspections with prospects
  • Operate leasing management system portal of Cyberport Smart-Space as well as CRM system and other ad hoc systems
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking, feasibility study, analysis and compile various reports with charts, PowerPoint, excel pivot table, etc.
  • Understand various government initiatives, schemes, funding programs, events and recommend to tenants

Requirements:

  • Degree in a real estate/surveying/business related discipline such as Business Administration, surveying, property management or facilities management, preferably with subjects included technology integrations/applications; benchmarking studies; project planning, statistics, business studies, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in office, co-working space and retail leasing, preferably with a good understanding in Innovation & Digital Technology industry
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills
  • Attributes - an analytical mind for data handling, organized, good numerical sense, detail-minded and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer and software literate
  • Team player with good interpersonal skill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, developing and execution of different team’s youth programmes and events
  • Coordinate with external parties, like vendors, different business partners, e.g. educational institutions, industry associations, and commercial enterprises, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the team for organising events and programmes (i.e. internship, school visits, study tours, etc.)

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties on all matters; provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial and executive support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of support for HR functions in the areas of support for recruitment, training and development, benefits management and HRIS
  • Deliver timely and value-added HR services to internal clients to ensure consistent and sound people management
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of human resources and administration budgets
  • Handle human resources and administration payment requests, working closely with procurement and finance and accounting

  • Manage the administration and operation of the Entrepreneurship Centre
  • Assist the Entrepreneurship Team in overseeing the administration and compliance of Incubation Programme
  • Regularly monitor the Incubation Programme in achieving the stated objectives
  • Assist to review and update the programme-related documents, specifications, schedules, policies and procedures

Project Assistant (Ref# PA190214W)

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the recruitment of Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) and Cyberport Incubation Programme (CIP). Major tasks included:

Programme Development

  • Assist to update Programme policies and procedures
  • Assist in development, production and maintenance of promotional materials
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events

Programme Implementation

  • Assist in developing and implementing the recruitment campaigns of the programmes
  • Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications
  • Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics
  • Review recipients project spending and prepare for payment
  • Assist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and trainings

Project Budget Monitoring

  • Prepare all purchasing requests and expenses claims for Programmes expenditure

Other Administration Support

  • Update the Centre’s statistical figures periodically
  • Organise and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes
  • Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database
  • Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Senior Manager – Venture Investments (Ref# SMVI190124W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential investment targets, markets, and sector trends, and general contribution to fund level thinking and strategy
  • Originate and execute deal transactions by, but not limited to, active participation in the Cyberport start-up community, frequent attendance of events, panels, and discussions
  • Manage co-investors, connect target companies to co-investors, and negotiate investment terms, if necessary
  • Conduct due diligence and close of new transactions (end-to-end), including drafting of investment reports with thorough strategic and financial analysis, valuation models and recommendations, and identifying exit potentials
  • Define and execute on systems/processes to establish a portfolio of Cyberport Companies from an investment perspective
  • Assist in the management of the portfolio of investments, but not limited to forecast of the change in financial position, review and assess the liquidity of assets and the fund planning or arrangement
  • Prepare the fund and periodical reports to management
  • Assist Cyberport management on adhoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in a business-related discipline from a leading university
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience, with at least 3 years related to venture investment or corporate investment
  • Solid experience in origination and execution of transactions
  • Strong analytical, due diligence, and financial modeling skills; ability to analyse and value businesses
  • Ability to write and deliver, in English, high-quality Board, strategy and other position papers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrate commitment to excellence
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programs and/or marketing projects, preferably with experience in strategic account management
  • Experience in partnership development in local, mainland China and/or overseas markets
  • A good understanding of the latest trend in digital technologies, such as, FinTech, E-Commerce, Big Data / Artificial Intelligence
  • Familiar with digital technologies industry
  • Prior engagement in local and global digital start-up ecosystems is preferable
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-team projects to achieve strategic goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and multi-tasking working environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and translate a full range of bilingual communication materials, such as press releases, speeches, presentation, executive briefing books, advertorials, annual reports etc.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as Cyberport companies, industry partners and vendors to ensure the accuracy and smooth delivery of the write-ups and publications

Requirements:

  • With 3-5 years of solid experience in corporate communications, public affairs, copywriting and translation, preferably in corporate
  • Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE & HKALE/ Level 4 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external parties at all levels
  • Detail-minded with strong organizational and time management skills
