Start-Up Clinic
Start-up companies often lack the real-world contacts for
mentoring in areas such as preparing business plans and pitch
decks. From July 2013 to March 2014, we held more than 60
meetings with leading ICT companies and consultants from
renowned organisations such as Google, Microsoft, Hong Kong
Business Angel Network, Hua Yuan Science and Technology
Association, Premium Agencies, Tencent, The Indus
Entrepreneurs (TiE), Unity Technologies, the Wellington Institute
of Technology, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City
University of Hong Kong, Marks & Clerk, Ernst & Young and
PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The meetings gave incubatees the opportunity to receive free
one-on-one consultations that helped enhance their fundraising
and pitching capabilities.

Creative Technologies Workshop 2013 — Wearable
Computing
In recognition of the fast-growing trend in wearable computing
by companies such as Google and Samsung, Cyberport initiated
the first wearable computing workshop on 15–21 November
2013 together with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and
Wellington Institute of Technology.
This workshop focused on facial recognition programming and
provided assistance in bringing prototypes to reality.

穿戴式科技的工作坊。
該工作坊集中探討面容識別程式的編寫以及協
助實踐構思雛型。
