(the “Company”), being a private
limited company incorporated
under the Companies Ordinance,
is one of the three private and
wholly-owned companies set up
by the Government of the HKSAR
under the Financial Secretary
incorporated to oversee the
development, operation and
management of the Cyberport
Project.
