Campus Development
During the review period, we continued to make improvements
to the Cyberport campus and to cope with rising demand for
co-working spaces in Hong Kong, including an expansion of the
Smart-Space facility.
Smart-Space is a co-working space designed with the needs of
start-up in mind-flexible, scalable, comprehensive and
affordable-making of the perfect growth of ICT start-ups to
occupy.
The Smart-Space facility was launched in 2009 and has since
expanded to a total of four premises. Its choice of ready-built
accommodation, private rooms, workstations and flexi-space
arrangements are ideal for new start-ups and companies
entering Asian markets or scaling up their businesses. Smart-
Space facilities are available at affordable terms ranging from 1
to 12 months at a comprehensive fixed price with 24 hour
access.
