Mr. Johnny Chan Kok Chung co-founded Techpacific Capital Limited which became Crosby Capital Limited in 2002.  The Crosby Group activities comprised of management of venture and private equity funds, financial advisory and wealth management.

He is the President of the HKVCA (Chairman 2007 – 2011) and concurrently, as the Secretary General of the Asia Venture Capital and Private Equity Council (AVCPEC) which he co-founded with 9 other Asian associations in 2011.

He was a member of the Advisory Committee of the HKSAR Government Innovation and Technology Commission during the period 2014 - 2017.  He is a member of the HKTDC Innovation and Technology Advisory Committee since 2014 and HKTDC Service Promotion Programme Committee (SPPC) since 2015.   He served on the HKTDC Asian Financial Forum Steering Committee from 2010 to 2016.  He was appointed as a member of the Cyberport Advisory Panel in June 2017. 

He is the Director of Repton School overseeing the development in the Greater China and Asia region. He is a member of the Choate Rosemary Hall School Parent Council in the US since 2013 and was a member of the Development Board of Chinese International School from 2006-2015.  He is a director of the Make a Difference Institute. 



Mr. Clifford K. Chiu is a corporate director and private investment firm senior advisor, as well as a board or committee appointee to government bodies and non-governmental organizations in the financial services, enterprise software, data and technology-enabled solutions, healthcare, education, social welfare and the arts sectors located in the United States and Hong Kong.

A retired partner in 2014 at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) who founded and led capital raising and investor relations for the Asia Pacific region, Mr. Chiu is currently a director of Finastra plc, Tibco Software, Inc., Cambium Learning Group (NASDAQ:ABCD), Ping Identity, Inc., Infoblox, Inc. and Regulatory DataCorp., Inc. He serves as a senior advisor to Vista Equity Partners and Neuberger Berman Group in the United States and Hong Kong, and is a government appointee to the Market Development Committee of Financial Services Development Council and to the Investment Committee of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.

With a career spanning 38 years, Mr. Chiu previously served as a managing director & head of Asian institutional business at JP Morgan Asset Management and managing director & co-head of Japan investment banking and then head of Hong Kong investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup and its predecessors in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He is a former director of Hsin Chong Construction Group (Hang Seng: 0404.HK) and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority’s United Christian Hospital and Tseung Kwan O Hospital for over a decade.

Now with residence in Austin, Texas and Hong Kong, Mr. Chiu is a director of the St. James Settlement, an advisor to Cyberport.hk and a member of the finance committee of Seton Health Family. A lifelong champion of education, Mr. Chiu currently serves on the global advisory board of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where in 2015 he was appointed the first “distinguished executive-in-residence” at its Hong Kong campus. The Chiu family have endowed annual scholarships for the underrepresented at his alma maters Chicago Booth and the University of Pennsylvania as well as the Hong Kong University Medical School, Pomona College and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where in 2017 he was named a senior fellow at the Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurialism. Through the Clinton Global Initiative, Mr. Chiu launched a 2015 commitment to action, “K-12 Learning Through Global Connectivity” in language arts and STEM skills.






Dr. Theodore S FAUNCE

Dr. Theodore S. Faunce is an educationalist with particular interest in the future of education in China. Prior to his tenure as Headmaster of Chinese International School in Hong Kong from 2006 through 2017, Dr. Faunce served for eight years as Director of the American Section of the Lycée International in St. Germain-en-Laye, outside of Paris, also a dual-language school. He previously taught French for fourteen years at the Episcopal High School, a coeducational boarding school in Virginia. Dr. Faunce was a recipient of the CASE Chief Executive Leadership Award (Asia-Pacific) in 2010. He has been a participant in the G20 Schools conference since 2009 and a keynote speaker at conferences throughout the Asia Pacific region. Following graduation from The Hotchkiss School, Dr. Faunce attended Princeton University, where he earned his B.A. and Ph.D. in Romance Languages. He serves as a director for Teach for China and is a member of the Hong Kong X-Tech Advisory Committee and the Cyberport Advisory Council.









梁先生現時擔任CVC Capital Partners的高級顧問,個人同時也是一個活躍於資本市場的天使和風險資本投資人。梁先生現爲香港上市公司商會主席及中國人民政治協商會議第十二屆全國委員會委員。梁先生曾於1992至1998年期間擔任香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會的收購及合併委員會及收購上訴委員會委員。他亦曾於1992至1993年期間擔任香港交易所的上市委員會委員。





加盟網龍之前的兩年,梁博士領導哈羅國際學校在亞太地區的發展。梁博士教育領域的豐富經驗還包括擔任韋士敦大學理查·艾維商學院的顧問、香港東華學院理事會財務主管兼財務委員會主席以及香港理工大學國際顧問委員會委員。他還曾於2009年擔任Upper Canada College的校董。




James Lloyd leads EY’s dedicated financial technology capability across Asia-Pacific, supporting both early-stage and incumbent financial service innovators, while simultaneously expanding the firm’s relationships with regulators, venture capital and other ecosystem participants. James is also an APAC representative of the firm’s global payments practice. Prior to EY, James helped build and scale a venture-backed alternative-finance platform enabling banks to profitably offer short-term unsecured loans to underserved small businesses. Before that, he worked with a bootstrapped e-commerce payment gateway combining direct-to-market customer acquisition with white-labelled full-service delivery for partner banks. Based in Hong Kong, James sits on a variety of fintech advisory panels, including the new-business committee of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC).


盧永仁博士, JP

盧永仁博士,現為凱知樂國際控股有限公司副主席及首席財務官,亦為數碼媒體公司 Captcha Media Limited 及企業策略公司 Strategenes Limited 之主席。 盧博士並為高錕慈善基金之董事、香港獨立學校弘立書院 ISF Academy 之創辦校董,以及國際成就計畫(香港部)主席。 八十年代為麥肯錫顧問公司擔任策略顧問;九十年代任職香港電訊 IMS 有限公司董事總經理,創辦「Netvigator 網上行」及「互動電視iTV」(NowTV 前身);其後轉職花旗銀行擔任香港及澳門區 CEO;到二千年成為世界最大傳播集團 WPP 大中華區非執行主席;同時成為中國聯通執行董事兼副總裁;往後進軍時尚行業,成為時裝王國 I.T.執行董事及集團副主席;亦曾為香港最大雜誌出版集團南華傳媒副主席。 盧永仁博士曾就讀香港聖類斯中學,1987 年于英國劍橋大學畢業,取得藥理學碩士及遺傳工程學博士學位。 於 1996 年被世界經濟論壇選為 100 位未來環球領袖之一。 並於 1999 年被委任為香港太平紳士。 在過去廿多年,盧博士曾獲香港特區政府多次委任包括廣播管理局、創業板上市委員會、應用科技研究院、教育委員會等委員。 現時亦為多間在香港和美國上市公司(包括 TVB 電視廣播有限公司,海丰國際集團,CSI 資本策略有限公司,南太 地產等)之獨立董事。



Andrew is non-executive Chairman of Acorus Investment management, a China-Africa private equity investor. The investment strategy focuses on contributing growth capital to expanding African businesses and facilitating Chinese participation in the form of co-investment, commercial partnership or strategic acquisition in Africa.

Previously, Andrew was the General Manager of Banking for National Australia Bank in Hong Kong, where he oversaw the private banking, commercial banking, and retail banking businesses. Andrew served on NAB's Asian leadership committee, asset and liabilities committee (ALCO), and chaired NAB's Asian investment committee. He oversaw the acquisition of a licensed boutique asset management firm in Hong Kong, that specialised in alpha generating strategies from optimised sector allocations. Andrew was an approved alternate bank CEO by Hong Kong's banking regulator. Prior to this, Andrew worked for Westpac, JP Morgan and investment bank Jardine Fleming. Andrew also founded and successfully grew an Australasian technology consultancy company for 9 years.

Andrew holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Sydney Graduate School of Management. He has made over 25 appearances in the media including the South China Morning Post and the Australian Financial Review. Since 2010, Andrew has served as adjunct faculty at Macquarie University’s Graduate School of Management and regularly guest lectures at the University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Business and Economics. Andrew is also a current or former board member of several private investment companies. Andrew also serves on several not-for-profit boards including the Australian Chamber of Commerce in HK (as Chairman) and two school boards in Asia. Andrew is the chairman of the Governance Committee of the Australian International School in Hong Kong, and Andrew facilitates the Australian Institute of Company Directors' International Company Directors' course in Asia.


Peter KOO

Peter Koo is one of the Practice Builder of Deloitte's Fintech Assurance practice and is one of the Practice Leaders of our Advisory in Audit - IT in China and Hong Kong. He was appointed as the National Leader of Security, Privacy, and Resiliency Consulting Services in Greater China Region in 2012. He leads and manages Privacy & Security Services, risk management consulting services in Sarbanes Oxley Attestation/Readiness, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Information Technology Due Diligence, System Processing Consulting and Re-engineering as well as Fintech Assurance & related Advisory. He was assigned as the National leader of the firm’s eBusiness Security and Certification Authority/PKI consulting services in 2000. He also serves the firm’s various industry groups, including the Global Financial Services Industry (GFSI) Group as well as the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Group.

Peter has been an organizer, moderator and panellist of a number of FinTech events and activities, including the organized in 2017 such as the Deloitte's Hong Kong Technology Fast 20 and Rising Star Program, START Fintech Conference 2017, Info Security Conference, IES 2017 FinTech Forum, and ISACA FinTech Panel. With the honour being interviewed by live TV program and local magazines, Peter is recognised as a FinTech expert. He is also being appointed as an advisor on the Hong Kong Blockchain Society, FinTech Association of Hong Kong, and the HK Invotech.

Having served the firm in numerous countries, he also led the Internet Security Consulting Services in the West Coast of both Canada and United States of America. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in different internal audit departments within the Federal Government of Canada, with specialization in System Process Consulting and Business Process Re-engineering as well as Risk Management. He has been identified as an icon in the domains of Technology Risk Management Consulting of Deloitte and contributed much in the IT/business communities.

Peter is certified to implement WebTrust Assurance Services and is the founder of Certification Authority/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) initiative for Hong Kong office. He plays a key role in the WebTrust and Certification Authority for CARO compliance standard setting committee for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He is also a committee member of the Digital, Information and Telecommunications ("DIT") Committee of HKGCC. Peter has been communicating and liaising with HKMA FinTech Facilitation Office and SFC on behalf of Deloitte over different initiatives including Block Chain and Fintech related matters.















Kishore Moorjani is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Asia efforts for Blackstone's Tactical Opportunities Group.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Moorjani was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Credit Asia Capital, an Asian special situations investment firm he established in partnership with the Blackstone Strategic Alliance Fund. Prior to that, Mr. Moorjani was Co-Head of Asia at D.B. Zwirn, a $5 billion special situations investment firm, where he was involved in launching the Asian investment business. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Moorjani was with Colony Capital, where he held various positions across several of the firm's offices, including serving as the CEO of Colony Capital Taiwan.

Mr. Moorjani received an MBA and a BBA (Honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto , where he serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council



Dr Patrick S.C. Poon, Chairman of Harvest SCP Group Company Limited, has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has gathered various accolades, including being the first Hong Kong born citizen to obtain the professional qualification of the Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK. Later he also obtained the fellowships of actuaries in Australia, the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan. He helped China Pacific Insurance (Group) Company Limited to be listed in the Stock Exchanges of Shanghai in 2007 and Hong Kong in 2009. In 2010, after helping China Pacific Life Insurance Company Limited receive the Best Life Insurance Company of the Year award in the Asia Insurance Industry Awards, Dr Poon remained as its top adviser until 2011.

Dr Poon is Chairman of Shing Cheong Charitable Foundation Limited and an ardent supporter of education. He is currently Chairman of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Foundation and a member of the University Court. He also serves as Deputy Chairman of The University of Hong Kong (HKU) Convocation Standing Committee and a member of HKU Court and Council, as well as a member of the Board of Governors of Hang Seng Management College. Dr Poon serves the community in many other roles, including as Independent Non-Executive Director of Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited, Charter President of Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour and a member of the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Sinfonietta.

Dr Poon was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2013 and an Honorary Fellowship by his alma mater The University of Hong Kong in 2011.


Jeffrey A. RHODA

Jeff Rhoda has spent more than 30 years in the technology industry with IBM in areas including sales, marketing, channels, and ibm.com. He is currently the General Manager, Greater China Group.

Prior to his current position, Jeff held general manager roles in both Korea and in Australia/New Zealand. Previously, he was the general manager of IBM’s government industry worldwide responsible for industry performance, strategy and strategic partnerships after leading public sector sales in IBM’s Growth Markets Unit covering 149 countries.

Jeff is an inaugural member of IBM’s Industry Academy and a member the corporate Growth & Transformation Team and the Client Experience Team. He has extensive global experience having lived in in Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Seoul and Beijing in addition to his native USA.

Jeff holds a BS degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park and lives in Beijing.



Mr Saluja is Senior Managing Director for Accenture Financial Services in Europe, Africa, and Latin America (EALA).  He serves as a member of Accenture’s global Financial Services Board, which oversees a $7bn business worldwide.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr Saluja led Accenture’s Financial Services business in Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong.  Before that, he led the Financial Services business in UK/Ireland, and Accenture Payment Services globally.  He has been Client Partner for two of Accenture’s largest banking clients in the UK, one for 8 years and one for 3 years.

Mr Saluja serves on the Advisory Board for TheCityUK, an industry body representing and promoting financial services in London and the UK, which he helped set up and has been a member of since 2010.

In addition, Mr Saluja serves on the boards of a few charities in London: Heart of the City, assisting small and medium enterprises to develop their corporate and social responsibility programmes; and The Princes’ Teaching Institute which aims to enhance the quality of academic standards in UK government schools.

Mr Saluja joined Accenture in 1998 after studying Engineering at Cambridge University.  He lives in London with his wife Seema.

Balaji Srinivasan joined the University of Chicago in September 2016. As the Vice President for Global Initiatives and Strategy and Senior Associate Provost, Bala oversees the central University’s global engagement activities and management of the University Centers in Hong Kong, Delhi, and Beijing. He also works to build academic partnerships and research collaborations with international partners, create global education opportunities, and strengthen our connections to foreign institutional partners, policymakers, and civic leaders. Bala collaborates closely with deans and faculty on academic opportunities, as well as with administrative leadership regarding issues of compliance and risk.

Prior to joining the University, Bala served as Managing Director of Och Ziff Capital Management, based in India and Hong Kong; Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Hong Kong; and Associate Director of Jardine Fleming in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai. Bala received a B.S. in Mathematics from CalTech in 1989 and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago in 1995.



譚張翠芬女士獲委任為香港數碼港管理有限公司顧問。張女士畢業於香港大學經濟及工商管理學院,獲得工商管理碩士學位。肄業期間,曾赴英國劍橋大學商學院及法國ISEAD商學院受訓。彼曾管理多間分別經營工業生產及中國貿易等業務之公司。張女士積極參與公共及社會事務,2011年獲香港特區政府委任為中央政策組非全職顧問,2013年起任香港大學校董。她現時擔任多項公職包括香港大學專業進修學院董事局委員香港大學專業進修學院港大思培 (北京) 諮詢有限公司董事。她曾任環境局惜食香港督導委員會轄下之小組委員、香港大學教務委員會就業輔導委員會委員及香港大學畢業生議會書記等。張女士亦為多所專業協會及社團成員,包括香港董事學會資深會員、香港人力資源管理學會專業會員、香港崇德社會員及香港各界婦女聯合協進會國際事務委員會委員。



謝祖墀博士是高風管理諮詢公司(Gao Feng Advisory Company)的創始人兼首席執行官。中國管理諮詢業的先行者。過去的20年裡,他創立並領導了兩大國際管理諮詢公司在大中華區的業務。他曾為數以百計的公司(總部設在中國及其它地區)諮詢過所有關鍵戰略和管理方面的業務,涉及中國的各個方面和中國在全球的地位。他還為中國政府在戰略、國有企業改革和中國企業走出國門等方面做過諮詢。他已發表200多篇文章並出版了4本書,其中包括於國際獲獎的《中國戰略》和《創業家精神》。



Mr Gordon Watson is the former Regional Chief Executive of AIA Group responsible for 5 markets, including Hong Kong & Macau, Australia, the Philippines, Vietnam and New Zealand.  He was also responsible for Corporate Solutions business, Partnership Distribution, Healthcare and Vitality across the entire group.

Gordon was with AIG/AIA for over 30 years in various leadership positions in New York, London, Africa, the Middle East, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.  He is known as a transformational global leader driving cultural change and has a passion for making a difference in peoples’ lives.

王榮珍女士於2009年至2015 年出任香港特別行政區創新科技署署長,負責制定及推行有關創新科技的政策。




姚祖輝, JP

Mr Andrew Yao is the Chairman and CEO of Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited (formerly known as Van Shung Chong Holdings Limited) listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1994. He also founded iSteelAsia Holdings Limited listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2001. He is Chairman of Hong Kong Shanghai Land Limited, a company investing in office and commercial property projects in downtown Shanghai. Past projects include Metropark, Central Park Putuo and Central Park Pudong.

He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and the Harvard Graduate School of Business. In December 2012, he was elected to the National People's Congress, becoming one of 36 Hong Kong deputies at the highest organ of state power in China.

Mr Yao serves as Vice Chairman of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Chairman of Hong Kong-Shanghai Economic Development Association and Shanghai Hong Kong Association. Board Member of HBS Global Alumni, Founding & Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong – Shanghai Youth Exchange Promotion Association, Board Member of Fudan University, Deputy Chairman of Council of Hong Kong Baptist University, Honorary President of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai),and Maritime Silk Road Society.

He was also the Standing Committee Member of All-China Youth Federation, the Standing Committee Member of China People’s Political Consultative Conference of Shanghai(CPPCC), Vice Chairman of Youth Federation of State-owned Enterprises and Shanghai Youth Federation. He was former member of the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR, former Chairman of the Hong Kong United Youth Association (2007 – 2008), founder of the Young President Organization (YPO) Shanghai Chapter.

Mr Yao was awarded “Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong” in 2004 and was awarded Justice of Peace by HKSAR in 2008. In 2010 and 2011, was awarded “Annual Contribution Award of Shanghai Youth Federation”. In 2016, the HKSAR Government, awarded him the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) for his contribution to the promotion of youth development in Hong Kong.



袁先生,64歲,為盈科亞洲拓展有限公司(其股份於新加坡證券交易所主板市場上 市)獨立非執行副主席,亦是中國農業銀行股份有限公司(其H股股份於香港交易 所主板市場及A股股份於上海證券交易所A股市場上市)、上海實業控股有限公司 (其股份於香港交易所主板市場上市)之獨立非執行董事。彼曾任香港聯合交易所 有限公司行政總裁(1988-1991)、盈科拓展集團副主席兼執行董事、電訊盈科有 限公司副主席兼執行董事及盈科保險集團有限公司執行主席。
袁先生獲芝加哥大學經濟學學士學位。彼現為中國人民政治協商會議上海市委員會 委員、香港經濟研究中心董事會主席、泓策投資管理有限公司諮詢委員會主席,並 為芝加哥大學、上海復旦大學校董會成員。
