Through the Knowledge Centre, Cyberport invests in resources
and programmes that further our goal of transforming Hong
Kong into an inclusive knowledge-based digital economy. Our
aim is to develop ICT talents at different stages of their lives by
transmitting the knowledge and skills they need to grow and
flourish. During the review period, we held close to 100 different
events, programmes and activities.
Developing Talent for ICT Industry
The fast pace of change in today’s information-centric global
economy means that ICT professionals must stay ahead of the
technology curve in order to maintain their competitiveness.
As part of our mission to promote and support the ICT industry
development, we organised or supported a wide range of
inspirational seminars and world-class conferences, professional
training, skills workshops, awards and competitions, exchanges
and networking opportunities, mentoring sessions, as well as
public events.
Industry experts and speakers covered a wide array of trending
topics in areas such as cloud computing, digital entertainment,
mobile technology, the Internet of Things, internet security,
entrepreneurial support and fundraising. Participants included
ICT professionals and practitioners, students and teachers, as
well as the general public. More than 29,000 people benefited
from these insightful events.

比賽、交流機會、師友啟導以及公眾活動。
業界專家和講者涉獵廣泛領域的熱門話題，例
如雲端運算、數碼娛樂、流動技術、物聯網、
互聯網保安、創業支援及集資等。參加者包括
ICT
專才及業界人士、學生和教師以及普羅大
眾。這些活動均展現獨到的見解，讓超過
29,000
名參加者獲益不淺。
