International IT Fest events
During the year we participated in a number of
remarkable world-class ICT spectaculars, such as
the first International IT Fest in April 2013. The
festival features a series of events to showcase
Ho n g Ko n g ’ s i n f o rma t i o n t e c h n o l og y
development and achievements and aims at
reinforcing Hong Kong’s position as an ICT hub
in the Asia-Pacific region. As one of the
organisers of IT Fest, 6 out of the total 25 IT Fest
events were hosted at Cyberport.
Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2013
Cyberport’s annual signature conference this year focused on
the creative media trends and technologies reshaping the
digital media and entertainment landscape. Through this world-
class event, participants were able to stay on top of rapidly-
evolving industry changes by learning from local and
international experts, connecting with their peers and
exchanging ideas.
Under the theme “Pushing Digital Entertainment Limit with
Cutting Edge Technology”, renowned industry experts Richard
Chuang of Cloudpic Global, Dave Gibson of The Gibson Group,
Andrew Orgel of QoL Media, Inc. etc., shared their thoughts on
the next waves of innovation in collaborative content creation
and entertainment, global applications using high speed
networks for content delivery.

數碼娛樂領袖論壇
2013
數碼娛樂領袖論壇是數碼港一年一度的重點活
動，今年集中探討創意媒體與科技趨勢如何改
變數碼娛樂界的面貌。透過此國際級論壇，與
會者可向本港和國際的專家學習，亦可與同業
聯繫和交流，掌握業內瞬息萬變的發展形勢。
論壇主題為「開創數碼娛樂的科技改革」，著名
業界翹楚如
Cloudpic Global
的莊士傑、
The
Gibson Group
的
Dave Gibson
、
QoL Media,
Inc.
的
Andrew Orgel
等分享了他們對透過高速
網絡傳送數碼內容創作、娛樂，以及全球通行
的應用程式這個創新意念的看法。
