Hong Kong Cyberport Management
Company Limited (the“Company”),
being a limited company incorporated
under the Companies Ordinance, is
one of the three private and wholly-
owned companies set up by the
Government of the HKSAR via the
Financial Secretary Incorporated to
oversee the development, operation
andmanagement of the Cyberport
Project.
香港數碼港管理有限公司（「本公司」）是香
港特別行政區政府透過財政司司長法團根
據《公司條例》成立之三間全資擁有的私人
有限公司之一，負責監察數碼港計劃的發
展、營運及管理。
