Key Responsibilities
Technical assessment and project lead
- Assess technical capability of blockchain & digital asset start-ups and companies, including protocols, infra providers and applications. Build relationships and partnerships as appropriate
- Lead end-to-end delivery of blockchain infrastructure and related platforms, including requirements, assess architecture choices, solution architecture review, vendor selection, contract/SOW, delivery plan, risk/issue management, testing/UAT, security reviews, go-live, and post-launch operations
- Evaluate vendors and solutions across protocol design, consensus, security model, audit history, operational maturity, compliance etc
Industry development
- Facilitate industry collaborations and pilots for high-impact use cases (tokenised assets, stablecoin/payment, RWAs, identity/credentialing etc.)
- Represent Cyberport at industry events; contribute to working groups and standards discussions
Talent and community development
- Curate developer communities; run technical workshops, hackathons, and meetups with partners
- Provide expertise for blockchain-related certification curricula and professional training with universities and partners (e.g., smart contract security, zero-knowledge, tokenisation frameworks, compliance tooling), with execution largely handled by a separate team
Research and strategy
- Track protocol and market developments, prepare landscape maps, and opportunity assessments tailored to Hong Kong’s regulatory and market context as appropriate
- Prepare reports and communications for government and public stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology or Web3/blockchain, including significant hands-on project/program management for infrastructure or application delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or a non-technical degree with recognized technical certifications
- Demonstrated technical depth in at least two of the following:
- Public/enterprise blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Cosmos, Hyperledger Fabric/Besu)
- Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust etc.)
- Wallets, custody, and key management (MPC, HSM, policy engines, recovery)
- Payments/stablecoins and tokenisation (fiat on/off ramps, chain analytics, compliance tooling)
- Node operations, rollups/L2s, data/indexing (RPC infra, subgraphs, data availability, explorers/observability)
- Cloud and DevOps (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, secrets management, monitoring, SRE practices)

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and team lead.
- Design and build the best-in-class technical infrastructure for delivering AI supercomputing systems according to the required technical architecture, performance, resilience, security, energy efficiency and service levels.

Manager - Data Centre Facility Management (Ref# MDCFM250903W)
Key Responsibilities
- Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Oversee, plan and manage all aspects of data centre facility management and the associated operations to ensure reliable and secure operations of data center infrastructure for hosting AI supercomputing systems.
- Supervise the operations and monitor the performance of data centre facilities including structural cabling, computer rack, power distribution, cooling, fire suppression systems, security systems, sprinkler systems, generator, DCIM and UPS systems.

- Support implementation of Digital Transformation Support Pilot Programme (DTSPP) to expedite the pace of digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing funding support to SMEs in adopting digital solutions.
- Conduct application assessment, eligibility and due diligence checking for programme applications, and consolidate relevant documents
- Provide support to funding applications, initial assessment of the funding applications assigned, and prepare the relevant reports and summary lists required;
- Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports
- Conduct on-site checking for applicants and funded projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1 year working experience preferred but not mandatory
- Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and English/Chinese word processing
The position is on a temporary contract until 31 March 2026, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
