The Cyberport Accelerator Support Programme (CASP) sponsors Cyberport incubates and alumni to join accelerator programmes in Hong Kong, Mainland, and overseas markets, enabling start-ups to fuel their growth.
Successful applicants receive up to HK$300,000 in financial assistance, which can be used for accelerator programme fees, office rental, interns, travel and marketing expenses, and professional services fees.
CR-Cyberport Joint Accelerator
To bolster Hong Kong start-up’s R&D commercialisation and market expansion, Cyberport and the China Resources Research Institute of Science and Technology launched a joint accelerator programme in 2024. The programme offers up to HK$1.8 million in support, including funding, venues, R&D facilities, and professional advisory services, along with investment opportunities.
Eligible companies must be Hong Kong-registered Cyberport community members specialising in: FinTech, Smart Living, Digital Entertainment, cybersecurity, AI, big data, supercomputing centres, blockchain, Web3, and other targeted technologies.

The Cyberport × Draper Dragon Joint Accelerator (CDD‑JAP) is a three‑month, VC‑backed accelerator built to empower Web3 and AI startups to unlock fundraising opportunities and build strategic partnerships that fuel global expansion.
Jointly powered by Cyberport — Hong Kong’s government‑backed innovation hub — and Draper Dragon, a leading venture capital firm specializing in the digital technology sector and a core member of the Silicon Valley’s Draper Venture Network co‑founded by renowned investor Tim Draper — the programme combines institutional resources with deep venture capital expertise across Asia and the United States. It is further supported by the CDD‑JAP Investor Alliance, jointly established by 20 leading venture capital firms, creating a powerful investment network to accelerate founders’ access to capital and strategic resources.
CDD‑JAP offers hands‑on mentorship, direct investor access, and opportunities to engage with top VCs, corporate partners, and emerging Web3 unicorns. Participants refine their products, validate business models, and navigate legal and operational setup for cross‑border fundraising and partnership building — culminating in a Demo Day and investor roadshow. Selected high‑potential startups may also receive follow‑on investment from Draper Dragon and CDD‑JAP Investor Alliance venture capital firms.
