Key Responsibilities

The Head of Risk is responsible for leading Cyberport’s enterprise‑wide risk management framework, providing independent oversight and strategic risk advisory to senior management and the Board. Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Risk Management & Governance

Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Chief Technology Officer.
- Provide strategic leadership for the architecture, governance, operation and evolution of Cyberport's AI infrastructure and supercomputing platforms.
- Lead the delivery and optimisation of CPU/GPU computing clusters, high-performance networking, storage and AI platform technologies, while driving availability, performance, security, resilience and scalability to support current and future AI innovation initiatives.

Role Purpose
The Senior Manager - Funding Programme Management is responsible for establishing and leading a centralised Programme Management Support function for government funding programmes administered by Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited.
The role provides structured governance, coordination, monitoring, and assurance support across funding programme operations, ensuring consistency, transparency, and accountability throughout the programme lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
1. Centralised Programme Monitoring & Coordination
- Establish and manage a centralised Programme Management Support function within the Smart City & Digital Transformation Team.

2. Progress Tracking & Milestone Oversight

Manager - Data Centre Facility Management (Ref# MDCFM260811W)

- Report to Director of Data Centre Operations.
- Oversee, plan and manage all aspects of data centre facility management and the associated operations to ensure reliable and secure operations of data center infrastructure for hosting AI supercomputing systems.

- Developing and executing creative marketing campaigns and in-mall activations to drive footfall, tenant sales uplift, and overall commercial performance;
- Execute omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across digital marketing, social media, collateral development, website content, and brand activations.
- Formulate high-level proposals and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, partners, start-ups, and stakeholders to launch high-conversion joint promotions and promotions mechanics.
- Enhance mall positioning by continuously analyzing market trends, competitor movements, and emerging growth opportunities.
Events, Promotions, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan and execute corporate events, festive and thematic promotion, client engagement programmes, in-mall decorations, spend-stim promotions, PR engagements, and other marketing activations.
- Coordinate event logistics, budgeting, agency management, procurement and post-event ROI reporting.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and communication programmes.
- Manage and evaluate performance of agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure operational excellence.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Develop and optimize digital marketing activities, including website management, eDM campaigns, social media tactics, and content marketing.
- Create engaging content for internal and external communications.
- Develop and executive creative online and social media campaigns to create buzz and drive traffic to the Arcade.
- Explore innovative digital marketing approaches, including AI-driven tools and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail working experience
- University graduate in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders
- Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and with good organization and time management skills
- A can-do attitude with a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to go the extra mile

Senior Programme Executive - Entrepreneurship (Ref#SPEET260811W)
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Programme Executive is responsible for supporting the Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team. Major tasks included:
Programme Development
- Research and identify promising startup companies across various industries and technologies
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the startup community, including founders, investors, and incubators/accelerators
- Handle telephone and email enquiries for programme-related activities and events.
Programme Implementation
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale and high-impact programmes and events
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders and vetting team members
- Prepare and maintain summary of programme applications
- Independently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logistics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into programme planning and implementation
Startup Support Service
- Provide advisory support to startups, assisting them in overcoming challenges and connecting them with relevant resources.
Project Budget Monitoring
- Prepare all purchasing requests and expenses claims for Programmes expenditure
Other Administration Support
- Update the entrepreneurship programmes’ statistical figures periodically
- Organise and maintain a proper filling system for the programmes
- Collect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the database
- Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutes

Requirements
- 3 years of relevant work experience and interested in ICT entrepreneurship and startup incubation programs.
- University graduates in all disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc.

Senior Programme Executive - Cyberport Academy (Ref#SPECA260811W)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to develop and maintain the overall 24-month programme plan, covering primary, secondary, and cross level Al training activities
- Assist the Manager to translate programme objectives into annual workplans, milestones, KPls, and deliverables across vendors
- Coordinate implementation timelines across partners
- Act as the primary point of contact of the appointed partners
- Training Delivery & Vendor Management: Monitor training quality, delivery consistency, and learner experience
- Ensure all training content is aligned with: Al literacy objectives, Age-appropriate learning outcomes
- Coordinate and review training materials, slides, and exercises
- Coordinate with partners to refresh content in response to Al advancements over the 2-year period
- Programme Administration & Operations such as to maintain accurate databases of participating schools student numbers and handle routine correspondence, confirmations, and programme documentation
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Track programme outputs against agreed KPls (e.g. number of schools, sessions, participants) and collect post-training feedback from partners, compile progress reports, interim reviews, and final evaluation summaries for ITIB
- Support audits, reviews, and data requests from internal management or funding bodies
- Coordinate, and deliver Al training activities hosted by Cyberport Academy, both in person and hybrid mode learning activities not limited to seminars, workshops, boot camps, competitions, and networking events, with the focus to the public, professionals, corporates and tech start-ups.
- Collaborate end-to-end programme operations, including logistics, participant enrollment, onboarding and post-programme follow-up, for the delivery of KPI results.
- Liaise with internal teams, external trainers, academic institutions, industry partners, start-ups and vendors to drive training development and implementation as required
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project coordination and talent development initiative programmes.
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree, e.g. Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related disciplines
- Excellent command of English and Chinese writing
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- High degree of self-motivation and strong sense of responsibility Work well both independently as well as in a team
- MC and training moderator experience an advantage
