Bridge AI

This system has currently been adopted by multiple NGOs, such as the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council, as well as government departments, serving over 1,000 SEN students. Bridge AI is also actively expanding the system into the Singapore market.

Cyberport start-up, Bridge AI, provides an innovative Integrated Intelligent Intervention (3i)-learning system for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The system combines applied behavior analysis and AI technology, using wearable emotion prediction device to collect students' real-time physiological data and generate immediate data-driven personalized recommendations. This significantly enhances the treatment and teaching effectiveness of behavioral therapists and teachers, while allowing parents to track their children's learning progress and provide appropriate support at home.

DOTTED

Cyberport startup, DOTTED, helps corporates, semi-governmental organizations and others adopt Web3.0 for brand activation, marketing, customer loyalty, and community building, revitalizing consumer-brand relationships.

Over the past two years, they've launched successful blockchain campaigns for Hong Kong major events including for the “Double Ducks” Project, the Hong Kong Palace Museum's grand opening, and the University of Hong Kong's 111th anniversary. These campaigns empowered hundreds of thousands of fans and customers to better engage with brands and taste the fun and possibility of Web3.0 effortlessly.

MateZLab

The founder of Cyberport start-up MateZLab, Aska, has been the creative director for many immersive art exhibitions. Leveraging generative AI technology, Aska has revived the traditional Lingnan painting culture in his artworks. This showcases the immense potential for technology to bolster cultural creativity, and opens up new avenues for innovating and preserving Chinese culture. His works showcased at the DELF2024, bringing the audience an innovative experience of the deep integration of technology and culture. 

As a startup, MateZLab has received support from Cyberport Creative Micro Fund and Cyberport Incubation Programme. Aska believed that Cyberport has nurtured his business acumen and helped him establish a sustainable business model and precisely define the company's market positioning and development direction.

Molekiu

Cyberport start-up, Molekiu, has been dedicated to leveraging AI technologies to spark students' interest in the tech field. Molekiu has developed a series of STEAM programmes that seamlessly integrate Generative AI and intelligent interactive robots like Ohbot, helping deepen students’ understanding of GenAI while also enhancing their learning efficiency. 

Molekiu offered free GenAI-powered Mystery Game and Ohbot AI workshop at the DELF2024, allowing the public to experience AI technology. Molekiu has been rooted in Cyberport since its inception in 2018. Koby, the co-founder of Molekiu, explains that Cyberport is the hub of innovation and entrepreneurship in Hong Kong, providing startups with valuable opportunities such as business matching and participation in industry exhibitions. These supports have helped Molekiu effectively find clients and partners, enabling the company to experience rapid business growth.

Roborn

Roborn, a technology R&D company specialising in 5G motion-control robots, is one of the CIP beneficiaries. With the support of the programme, Roborn has been continuously developing intelligent robots applicable to various fields, successfully realising their entrepreneurial vision. It has also brought numerous breakthroughs to Hong Kong's technology and innovation (I&T) sector.

Recently, Roborn introduced the second-generation smart robot, CARE, which collaborates with government hospitals to further enhance the efficiency of medical work.

CARE not only performs complex mechanical tasks in ICU wards but also allows doctors to operate remotely, reducing the time spent on round trips to patient rooms, enables a better understanding of patients' needs. CARE helps alleviate the work pressure on healthcare professionals, enhances coordination between hospitals and medical staff, and provides patients with more efficient and appropriate treatment. This is a significant step forward in the development of intelligent healthcare applications in Hong Kong.

Allium Technology Group Limited

Cyberport start-up, Allium Technology Group Limited, has developed Brain Activity Learning (BAL) - Hong Kong's first intelligent cognitive training solution for the elderly with cognitive impairments. The platform utilizes AI and practical tools tailored to the daily lives of elderly users. This not only enhances patients' cognitive abilities, but also helps alleviate their emotional and behavioral challenges.

The BAL system leverages big data analysis to monitor patients' conditions and dynamically adjust the training content, enabling healthcare professionals and families to better understand the patients' conditions, which in turn helps relieve caregivers' stress and facilitates more personalized elderly care services. BAL is currently deployed in elderly care centers and private nursing homes. With the support of Cyberport's Creative Micro Fund and Cyberport incubation programme, Elizabeth's team not only has access to a comfortable office environment and well-equipped facilities, but Cyberport also provides various workshops to help them master essential skills in digital marketing, pitching and presentation, enabling their innovative solutions to more easily reach the community and truly "take root", in order to benefit the wider society.
