Be a part of CyberRun for Rehab today |
Sign up for this year's CyberRun for Rehab, and
take the opportunity to support Cyberport in doing good for the community.
Now running in its ninth year, the run, on 11 November, jointly organized by the
Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation and the Cyberport Tenants Club, is one of
Cyberport's key CSR initiatives. It aims to raise funds for rehabilitation
training and consultation services for children and adults with disabilities and
chronic illnesses in Mainland China.
Themed "Walk the World," it encourages participants to show their support to
people with disabilities by joining the run or walk. The CyberRun also
promotes the importance of running or walking, and living healthily. More
than 6,000 runners and walkers have, over the years, participated in this
meaningful event, walking and running a total of over 25,000 km, equivalent to
the distance of travelling half way around the world.
"We are happy to be supporting this very meaningful event again. I hope to
see many of our tenants and visitors participating in this run which will really
make a difference in the lives of others," said Herman Lam, Cyberport's CEO.
