Cyberport 5 - Future I&T Landmark
Set to be completed in 2025, the infrastructure offers a gross floor area of around 66,000 sqm, and provides offices and co-working spaces, a data service platform, a multifunction hall, smart office facilities and ancillary facilities, accommodating more I&T enterprises and showcasing their technology applications. Meanwhile, the waterfront park will be enhanced with improved green landscape, smart and pet-friendly facilities, allowing the public to share a quality living brought by technology innovations and to build a harmonious and inclusive community together.

Opening of "Digital Tech Centre"
The "Digital Tech Centre" was officially opened on 16 April 2025. The Centre provides an exceptional platform to showcase the innovative achievements of Cyberport's community companies, allowing visitors to experience firsthand how artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, Web3.0 and other cutting-edge technologies are being integrated into daily life such as education, healthcare, and smart city applications.

Diginex Successfully Listed on Nasdaq
Diginex, the parent company of Cyberport Incubation Programme Alumnus Diginex Solutions (HK) Limited (DSL), successfully listed on the NASDAQ stock market in New York, raising a total of $9.2 million in funding. Diginex has also completed a secondary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Tradegate Exchange, marking a new milestone for the company. Through this cross-listing, Diginex expands the Company’s global investor reach, and enhances liquidity and accessibility to European investors while reinforcing its presence in key international financial markets.

Cyberport Community Member Xunfei Healthcare Listed on HKEX
Cyberport community member Xunfei Health successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on 30 December 2024. This listing accelerated Xunfei Healthcare’s entry into international markets with AI-integrated medical solutions and products, demonstrating Hong Kong’s role as a springboard for Mainland enterprises to “go global” and confirming the city’s unique advantages as a “super-connector” and a “super-value-adder”.

Cyberport Incubation Programme Alumnus HKbitEX Became the New Batch of Licensed Virtual Asset Trading Platform in Hong Kong
Cyberport Incubation Programme Alumnus Hkbitex successfully obtained Type 1 (dealing in Securities) and Type 7 (providing automated trading services) licenses from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), along with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO) license to operate a virtual asset trading platform. This marks the third Cyberport community company to secure the relevant operating licenses.

Cyberport Community Member Dmall Listed Successfully on HKEX
Cyberport community member Dmall listed successfully on HKEX on 6 December 2024. In 2023, Dmall established operations at Cyberport and signed a collaboration agreement to jointly promote a smart retail ecosystem and enhance the digital experiences of the retail industry. Dmall leverages the Cyberport Enterprise Network (CEN) and Cyberport Technology Network (CTN) to advance retail technology, provide funding to participating companies in its accelerator programme, and help start-ups expand into mainland and overseas markets.

Cyberport, Baidu AI Cloud, and Hong Kong Qianfan Technology Jointly Established Baidu AI Cloud Innovation Centre, Popularising AI Application Knowledge and Nurturing Future Technology Talent
Baidu AI Cloud Innovation Centre was officially launched on 22 November 2024. Spanning 20,000 square feet, the Educational Base features an AI Exhibition Hall showcasing the latest AI technologies across various industries. It offers interactive experiences and training programmes focused on core topics such as product innovation and technology transfer, providing participants with foundational knowledge and practical skill. Following its establishment, the Base plans to invite Baidu's research team, backed by its strong internet infrastructure, to launch a series of teaching and training programmes in 2025.

Opening of AI Supercomputing Centre and AI Lab
Officially opened on 9 December 2024, AI Supercomputing Centre and AI Lab provide an innovative platform for AI ecosystem partners and enterprises to connect with relevant application scenarios, explore product innovations and integrate with technologies, facilitating the transformation and application of more technologies, thereby injecting new impetus into the high-quality development of Hong Kong's economy.

Real Messenger Became Publicly Listed on Nasdaq
Real Messenger, formerly known as HOHOJO, joined the Cyberport Incubation Programme in 2009. Its innovative proptech solution connects agents, buyers, sellers, and the entire real estate industry on a unified and social platform. Real Messenger has built a vibrant global community for real estate connections, insights and experiences. It became a publicly traded company on Nasdaq in November 2024.

Cyberport Incubatee HKVAX Became Hong Kong’s Third Licensed Virtual Asset Trading Platform
Cyberport Incubatee Hong Kong Virtual Asset Exchange (HKVAX) has obtained licenses from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC): Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 7 (Providing Automated Trading Services), along with an Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO) license to operate a virtual asset trading platform. HKVAX is officially the third licensed company to operate a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong, the second Cyberport member to secure the relevant operating licenses.

20th Anniversary of Cyberport Establishment and Community Company Exceeding 2,000
In 20 years, Cyberport nurtured and supported seven unicorn companies, community companies raised over HK$37.5 billion in funding, achieving over 1,400 local, Mainland, and global awards, over 500 intellectual property rights, and admission to over 260 local and international accelerators. Companies expanded business to the Mainland and over 30 overseas markets.

Launch of Web3 Living Lab
Opened on 25 August in 2023, the Lab showcased Web3.0 applications and products from Cyberport start-ups to promote industry development and to raise public awareness of Web3.0.

Launch of Hong Kong’s First PropTech Co-Working Space Jointly Set Up by Cyberport and the Hong Kong Housing Society
Hong Kong’s first PropTech co-working space has commenced its operations since 31 July 2023. It assembles start-ups focused on areas such as smart building, property management, smart home, construction technology, and green technology, to steer at full steam the development of the I&T ecosystem and smart city in the Northern Metropolis.

Establishment of Web3 Hub@Cyberport
Cyberport steers the development of the local Web3.0 ecosystem, and has set up the Web3Hub@Cyberport, which assembles local, Mainland, and overseas Web3.0 enterprises and start-ups engaging in FinTech, Smart Living/Smart City, and Digital Entertainment.

HashKey Group, a Cyberport community company, becomes Hong Kong’s first Virtual Asset Trading Platform Licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission since the HKSAR Government’s Policy Statement on Development of Virtual Assets in October 2022

The First Cyberport-Incubated Unicorn GOGOX Successfully Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
Cyberport Incubation Programme alumni GOGOX’s successful listing on the mainboard of HKEX on 24 June 2022. Initially funded by the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund, GOGOX joined the Cyberport Incubation Programme and received investment from the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, a member of Cyberport Investors Network, in 2016. It further raised approximately US$100 million in investment led by the Cyberport Macro Fund to drive innovation in its services and products in different market segments.

Re-Launch of the “Braving the Epidemic” Campaign
Through the “Braving the Epidemic” campaign, Cyberport assembled innovative solutions from the start-up community and offered them to the public to lessen the burden of the fifth wave of the epidemic on society. The campaign was recognised with the Outstanding Leadership for Social Innovation Award at the Health Partnership Awards by ETNet in 2022.

Launch of Cyberport Professional Services Network (CPN)
CPN connects Cyberport community start-ups with professional consultancy firms, offering professional assistance in areas including legal, accounting, financing, marketing, and corporate development services, to accelerate the growth of start-ups.

The Academy aims to further enrich Hong Kong’s technology talent pool and enhance the city’s overall I&T competitiveness through collaboration with top-notch technology enterprises, business organisations, and tertiary institutions, and provision of an array of technology and entrepreneurial training.

Cyberport marshalled over 70 innovations from the community to collaborate with the Government, business organisations and the general public to fight the pandemic. As an active champion of co-working culture in Hong Kong, Cyberport opened Smart-Space 8 in Tsuen Wan on 26 July 2018 for the first co-working space located outside the Cyberport campus, to provide comprehensive support services to entrepreneurs.

Launch of Cyberport Investors Network (CIN)
Cyberport engages worldwide investors including venture capital funds, private equity funds, angel funds, family offices, corporate venture capital, and Greater Bay Area investment members to enhance fundraising and deal-making capabilities of Cyberport start-ups. CIN also complements the Cyberport Enterprise Network and the Cyberport Technology Network to holistically support start-ups with investment and business opportunities, and technical enhancement.

Set-Up of HK$200-million Cyberport Macro Fund (CMF)
CMF aims to provide early-stage financing to start-ups and drive the development of Hong Kong’s venture capital ecosystem. With the HKSAR Government’s injection of funds in 2021, CMF increased to HK$400 million.

Pioneer of the First Smart-Space
As a pioneer in local co-working space, Cyberport introduced the first Smart-Space in 2009 to enable companies to rent ready-built offices flexibly, and opened Smart-Space 8 in Tsuen Wan in 2018 to provide further support to young entrepreneurs.

Launch of Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF)
Over a six-month project period, the CCMF supports the development of innovative ideas and early-stage startups with HK$100,000 in seed funding and holistic support, enabling them to move forward to incubation.

Within a 24-month incubation, the CIP provides comprehensive support, funding of up to HK$500,000 and free working space on campus for start-ups to accelerate their growth.
