CEN connects start-ups with over 170 partner corporations and organisations, facilitating solution adoption, collaboration, and investment. By proactively matching market-ready solutions to alleviate business pain points, CEN serves as an effective platform driving digital transformation across industries.

The network’s membership spans enterprises and industry associations, from financial services, I&T, and F&B to cultural and creative industries, as well as trading and logistics. Cyberport Technology Network (CTN)

CTN empowers Cyberport community members with leading technologies from global companies. Start-ups receive technical expertise through seminars, training, and workshops and enjoy affordable access to resources, including cloud service credits, to accelerate product development and market entry.

Cyberport-AWS Joint Innovation Center

• The Cyberport-AWS Joint Innovation Center (JIC) represents a three-year collaboration between Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cyberport to accelerate Hong Kong's innovation and technology development. Through four key focus areas - startup acceleration, AI commercialization, FinTech innovation, and tech talent development - we are committed to supporting local startups and strengthening Hong Kong's position as a global innovation hub. • AWS: Startup Cloud Package offering cloud credits and training to Cyberport community members
• Google Hong Kong: Igniting Startups & FinTech Programs to provide infrastructure, computing resources, cloud credits, and upskilling support to over 300 start-ups 

Web3.0 & Blockchain

• Huawei Cloud: Three-year partnership to develop Web3.0 Industry Cloud platform and technology chain, support Web3.0 start-ups, promote Web3.0 projects, and launch accelerator programmes with AI and Web3.0 technical training initiatives

Artificial Intelligence

• Baidu and Intelligence Bay: Formation of AI Industry Empowerment Center at Cyberport to nurture talent, drive ecosystem and industry development, boost R&D, facilitate AI adoption, and provide consulting and support services to community start-ups.

Cyberport Professional Services Network (CPN)

CPN brings together over 50 full-service and specialised consultancy firms for maturing start-ups’ development needs. With affordable arrangements, start-ups can access expert business guidance from such professionals as IP lawyers, management consultants, accountants, auditors, and financial advisors. They can also attend one-on-one service clinics to strengthen business strategies and accelerate development.

Throughout the year, CPN organises events supporting start-ups to refine strategies, expand networks, and build essential skills. These range from crafting investment decks and honing pitching techniques to managing overseas expansion, offshore hiring, and navigating legal documents, and investor negotiations.

Cyberport Investors Network (CIN)

CIN is an exclusive network of more than 210 investment firms that share an appetite for high-quality tech ventures from the Cyberport community. In addition to enhancing start-ups’ fundraising and deal-making capabilities, CIN aims to facilitate knowledge sharing on trends and insights, as well as collaboration opportunities among investors. With investments totalling over HK$2.597 billion to date, CIN has expanded to include a Web3.0 Investors Circle (W3IC), dedicated to Web3.0 investors.

CIN’s membership includes angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, private equity, and corporate venture capital firms from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Southeast Asia, the Asia-Pacific, the United States, and Europe.

The network regularly organises events for start-up fundraising, and connects start-ups with investors, including fundraising activities during the Cyberport Venture Capital Forum and Jumpstarter, and also investors meet-up, startup pitching, Investor Start-up matching events.

Together with the Cyberport Macros Fund, CIN facilitates investor matching and expands Hong Kong start-ups’ global impact. It also supports the HKSAR Government’s initiatives to strengthen cooperation with markets in the Greater Bay Area, ASEAN, the Middle East, and beyond.
