【Prize Game】“Answer Questions to Win Prizes, Master DELF2025 With Fun” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Answer Questions to Win Prizes, Master DELF2025 With Fun” Campaign ( ‘The Campaign’ ) is organised by the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. ( ‘Cyberport‘ ).
  2. The Campaign will be held from August 21, 2025, to August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (based on Hong Kong time and as determined by the time of receipt by the Facebook and Instagram server) ( the ‘Promotional Period’ ). Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. Participants must submit their answers as instructed in the designated Facebook event post. Each participant may only enter once, all edited comment answers will be considered void.
  4. Facebook users ( ‘Participants’ ) who meet the conditions stated in Clause 5 during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into the game and will have a chance to win one of the following prizes ( ‘Prizes’ ) :
    • A. 2 x DELF2025 Experience Passes
    • B. 2 x Cyberport Pickleball Paddles
    • C. HK$200 Cyberport Selected Restaurant F&B Vouchers
  5. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, an individual must meet the following conditions:
    • A. Be a resident of Hong Kong holding a Hong Kong Identity Card
    • B. Participate as an individual (company entries will not be accepted)
    • C. Be a registered Facebook user
    • D. Have "liked" and "followed" the @Cyberport Facebook Page
    • E. Leave a comment as instructed in the post titled "【Prize Game】“Answer Questions to Win Prizes, Master DELF2025 With Fun” Campaign" on the @Cyberport Facebook Page
  6. The Campaign is launched on Cyberport's Facebook platform. There will be a total of 20 eligible Participants ( ‘Winners’ ) selected, and each Winner will receive one Prize.
  7. Each Participant:
    • A. agrees that the Lucky Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or organised by Facebook
    • B. grants Facebook a complete release from liability associated with the Lucky Draw, to the extent permissible by law; and
    • C. understands that there will be no alternative route for entry
  8. Each Participant can participate in the Campaign once. Only one Prize can be won per person and per Facebook account throughout the Promotional Period.
  9. All matters relating to the Campaign process shall be at the Cyberport's sole discretion. The decision of the Cyberport is final.
  10. The Winners will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of the Prize.
  11. The submission time will be based on the timestamp recorded by Cyberport's server. Cyberport is not responsible for any delays, loss, errors, or unidentifiable information submitted by Participants due to any technical issues with computers, networks, etc.
  12. The list of Winners will be announced via Facebook private message on or before September 10, 2025.
  13. Cyberport reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the information provided is incomplete or fabricated. All submitted information will not be used for any commercial promotional purposes.
  14. Winners must collect their prizes at the designated location on time; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and Cyberport will not provide any compensation.
  15. Employees of Cyberport and its advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this Campaign, in the interest of fairness.
  16. Cyberport reserves the right to change the prizes, participation methods, and terms and conditions of the Campaign without prior notice.
  17. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash. Prizes may not be resold or gifted, and any breach of this term may render the Prizes invalid. Should the Prizes offered become unavailable due to circumstances beyond Cyberport's control, Cyberport reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with one of equal or equivalent value. Cyberport shall not be responsible for any expenses, inconvenience, or costs incurred due to the delay, postponement, or cancellation of any event.
  18. Cyberport reserves the right to publish the names of the Winners on Facebook or in other marketing and promotional materials. The aforementioned information may be published on our Facebook page on or after September 5, 2025. By completing the actions stated in Clause 5 above, Winners agree to the use of their information in the manner described.
  19. It is the Winners' responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of the Prize, and Cyberport shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.
  20. This event is not affiliated with Facebook or Google and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by them.
  21. In case of any dispute relating to the Campaign, Cyberport reserves the right to make the final decision.
  22. Participants agree that the Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
  23. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
