Since launching Hong Kong’s first co-working space in 2009, we have expanded to include 11 Smart-Spaces at the Pokfulam campus (170,000 square feet), Smart-Space 8 in Tsuen Wan, and Smart-Space PropTech in the Northern Metropolis. Cyberport opened its first satellite co-working space, Smart-Space 8, in Tsuen Wan’s CDW Building in 2018. This 20,000-square-foot facility accommodates approximately 142 start-ups.

Smart-Space PropTech

Smart-Space PropTech

Cyberport partnered with the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) to launch Hong Kong’s first PropTech co-working space, Smart-Space PropTech, in 2024. Located in the Northern Metropolis in Fanling, this 8,000-square-foot facility houses approximately 70 companies. Start-ups receive entrepreneurial guidance and funding support to develop solutions across smart building, property management, smart homes, construction technology, GreenTech, and more. They also have the opportunity to conduct proof-of-concept trials at HKHS properties.
